Great shower!

Clean and easy to book

Room was clean and updated. Well lit bathroom. No cups, coffee maker, or bar soap provided. They did have soap dispensers. Parking lot is small. There were no spaces left when we returned from dinner. Owner was very kind and moved his car so we wouldn't have to park in the street. Breakfast was practically non-existent.

Check in was Fast, wasn't quite sure about the place it's kind of on the edge of town.... BUT it is very well priced... the Room was CLEAN and Remodeled, all tile floor, hot shower COMFORTABLE BED, cold AC. It was perfect for an unexpected overnight in Big Spring or if I was travelling and didn't want to spend a lot on a safe place to sleep, Places to eat aren't far just open your maps on your phone... You will be pleasantly surprised, and your wallet will be happy too

It’s a nice safe and quiet place to stay

I'm certain the woman working the counter during my late check in copied my debit card info and then tried to use it for a purchase, which my bank declined before deactivating my card while I'm on a weekend road trip. On my arrival about 930 pm the office was locked so I used the check-in widow. The lady came after I rang the bell, I told her I had a reservation etc etc. When I gave her the card to pay, I noticed she stepped out of the office with my card. I wasn't suspicious but I thought 'Where's she going?'. She quickly returns, goes to office desk, then runs the card and we finish etc etc. Next day, about four hours after I left, the bank sent me a text asking if I've just made a purchase at I Run in France. My card was never out of my sight outside of the moments she left the office room. I should've been more alert then, but I'd ridden about 500 miles on the bike that day, in Texas heat. Now that I think about it, I did wonder how they're even making money. It's off the interstate into town by a couple minutes, small place, very run down area. Stray dogs running everywhere, poor, vacant houses. Maybe the debit card thing keeps them afloat? Be wary people. Room was nice, clean. Bed too soft. Peeping Toms could easily see in the bathroom, the blinds not providing much protection from prying eyes on a body standing in the dark field empty lot behind the hotel.

Driving up to the hotel you may have second thoughts. But once you get in the lot, which is very small and parking is tight, it’s VERY LIT UP. Feels a lot more cozy after that. We got there late at like 11:45pm and check in was still fast and friendly. Let me choose up or down room. When you get in the room, you’re pleasantly surprised. It’s been mostly updated and it’s clean. There are some outdated pieces and areas like the tile shower, but it’s clean and a shower is a shower. Bed was comfortable enough and room cooled down pretty quick. Breakfast is a cereal, juice, and coffee. It’s obviously not a 5 star but You’re not looking for a resort stopping in Big Spring anyway. If you’re looking for an affordable, quick and comfortable spot to stop- it’s a good spot. Looks like it’s ran by a family too so I’m more than happy to promote. They’re doing a good job in my eyes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this little inn! It's a hidden gem that offers a safe, quiet, and clean environment. The small parking lot is well-lit at night, providing added security. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The room was fresh and clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. We had no issues finding a parking spot, and the affordable price made it an excellent value. I highly recommend this inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Room was tiny, had to press past each other. Beds extremely high, very difficult for me or my husband to climb up into. Had to lunge upwards and then wiggle into place. But very comfortable for sleeping once we managed to get there. Manager was very nice and helpful.
