Great location to get in and around Chicago as it's right in the loop. You are a 5 minute walk to either Union Station of the OTC. The nearest Loop El stop is one block away.
Room very comfortable, shower was great. Everything here was clean.
Breakfast was packed in the morning so I took one look and left. Plenty of places nearby to grab food.
Would stay here again.

The breakfast are horrible. On Saturdays Sundays, and the Tuesdays you only got the biscuits and gravy as hot breakfast. The African-American lady with the glasses on, especially very rude. She refused to give second biscuit to a gentleman. She’s loud and disrespectful. I don’t understand why the hotel let those kind of people working there. This lady was laughing at people who request two biscuits. She talked very loudly and not pay attention to what she was doing. They don’t offer oatmeal's and eggs everyday. I would not come back again to this hotel. The services are horrible. Very bad experience at the breakfast. We traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had. Please choose another hotel if you don’t want to be treated badly.

There deposit is more than any other La Quintas by a lot like two hundred dollars. Just stayed at on in Spokane Washington and it’s deposit was $50. Not understanding the difference. Plus there was tooth paste on the towel holder so I’m not sure they done a really great and sanitizing cleaning! And house cleaning knocked on our door at 8 in the morning without a check out.

Had a good stay, the checkin process was very easy. The room was clean and well kept.
The air conditioning/heater seemed a bit dated but overall it worked ok. The breakfast should have a few more options especially for vegetarians.

The room given was spacious and the bed excellent for comfort. Not enough coat hangers.
Breakfast was poor. No variety, juice running out and not replaced. On our first morning only one toaster working. Large queues resulted. No where to sit if crowded even coming early. No toast only baegles which do not toast easily. .
