La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Florence

We chose this hotel because it had a 9 rating and was one of the higher priced properties. Our king room needed a through cleaning, the bathroom door needs to be painted. The floors are nice except dirty. The bed was comfortable. And breakfast was nice.

We stay here as a mid way point on our trip between New York and Florida. We chose you because of your pet friendly policy. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The pups love it too.

Breakfast was very good. Staff was friendly and competent. The shower did not have a shower curtain and it appeared that whoever cleaned did not do edges, behind the toilet or base boards. Although bedding was clean, it was stained in several places.

This was the worst hotel stay i ever had. This facility allowed pets and my room had pet hair and dust, on vinyl flooring, woth evidence on my black socks. The mattress had brown stains on the side of the mattress. The linen on both beds was very wrinkle. The bathroom had dirt along the back of the toilet around the lid hinges. The toilet bolts hand much dirt without the caps over the bolts. The bathroom sink had no stopper, and i could not fill the sink. The sink also had cracks in the center of the sink, and those cracks were dirty. The bathroom door, made out of particle board, gotten wet at some point and puffed up. They attempted to fix that issue by painting over the problem making the appearance look horrible. This same problem was present around the bathroom door handle and the space that should have had a lock was an open hole. This would be a safety concern i had children. Lastly the shower gel dispenser was broken and was inconvenience to use. I would never recommend this LaQuinta property for a stay in Florence SC my rm number was 123. I have plenty photographs but the app would not allow me to upload them.

Very nice pet friendly hotel, with a well maintained dog walk area. Room is nice and in good repair. Staff is friendly and helpful.

place was old and dirty. no smoking was not enforced. crappy place for the rate charged

Easy on/off Route 95, many restaurants and stores nearby.

Proper was in good condition the room we stayed Room 218 needed a little TLC SPOTS ON CEILING, windows needed washing , over all it was fine for the price

The rooms smell like smoke and the bed sheets were full of stains and smelled like dog and it seems like they have not been washed!

The staff was ok. The room was nasty. Hair all over bed. Sofa dusty and stained. Bathroom had dirt and grime and hair. The sink was clogged. Towels still dirty as well. Was immensely disappointed and not happy.

Towels are dirty, room is even not vacuumed . Whole are smells like vaping. I think previous reviews are fake

Nice place. Could use a bit of a refresh but good value for the price.

Floor was filthy and bathroom was gross. Toilet was not cleaned and neither was counter and sink. There was bugs on the floor. Not happy. I used a Clorox wipe to wipe the floor and one pass, and it was black. Cleaning staff needs to be better because that’s filthy.

It was a nice experience very clean place nice lines on bed sheets food pleases around was very affordable nice place I will stay in the future very recommend

This is my second time staying here in last 2 months, I have commend hotel to family members. What I don't like it is, there are no vending machines.
