I was pleasantly impressed by the quality of this hotel. The condition of the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be staying there again in April 2025.

I chose this hotel for its close location to the airport. This was a snow day in Memphis, so being by the airport was necessary. The area itself is not great but I felt safe the whole time. My guess is that the hotel was old amerisuite or Spring Hill property. The rooms were quiet. Nothing really fancy but clean and all the items worked. There is a Mexican restaurant that serves decent mexican food. A little on the American side but it is in Memphis.
The airport shuttle was nice to have. I did not the shuttle for anything else. The Lyft ride downtown was about $10

Quiet . Clean only thing was the towels and rags weren’t as clean as they should be but everything else was top tier and next to a cute Mexican restaurant

The entire area looked very runned down, a little scary to be honest. Staff was friendly enough but seemed very short staffed in the front. There was a line almost out the door to check in and only one person at front desk who had to keep leaving the counter every 5 seconds to go in the back to grab keys and paperwork or whatever for guests to sign. It looked like there were a bunch of employees just sitting around on their phones a little while after we checked in, obviously the man at the front desk could have used the help checking people in. I must say the place was clean and the man at the front desk was very nice. Hotel definitely Needs updating, as I have been to many LaQuinta Inns, this one definitely could use it! The side door never locked so people could enter the hotel at any time of they wanted. Other than that the room and stay was fine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The long term parking was great in that there was plenty of security. The shuttle service did a fine job getting us to the airport and back again. Other than the property being a bit run down it was a fine experience.

Staff was friendly, and nice, we visited Graceland while there, they shuttled us, there and back to the hotel and the the airport no charge. Great customer service!

Do not stay here they don’t care about their clients. When you ask for help they do not help! They watch you crawl from the 4th floor to your car without asking if you need help! I will be turning this company to the USA government. Ada disability act! The manager even said they can’t help because of liability but watch you crawl is okay!

Room was fine, good temperature, bed comfortable. Breakfast was mostly good with not and cold choices, juice machine didn't want to work properly after first morning. Beverage machines didn't seem to have water. Staff was very nice.

This time around my stay was quiet and uneventful and my requests were meet with no problems. The only small thing was that there was no ice bucket in the room and when I asked about one, I was told it was down by the microwave and it wasn't nor it in the bathroom or on the desk. Really no big deal, it didn't interfere with my stay.

I arrived during a shift change. So it took a little while to get check in. The new receptionist was not very friendly. When my keys didn’t working she scolded me for deactivating them. My WiFi did not work and she was not helpful at all. I realize people can have a bad day but taking it out on paying customers is not the way to deal with it. The room was very nice, clean, the the bed very comfortable.

I waited at the airport for exactly 55 minutes for the shuttle bus to get there. When I got to my destination, in my bathroom there was a dirty bar soap in the shower- the staff didn’t properly clean it before I got here.
