I was stuck in A terrible accident on I 65. I was there until three in the morning. When I was able to finally get here, they had saved my room and pre-checked me in so all I had to do was get my key and go to bed. The staff is fantastic very kind. I would definitely recommend this place. I give it a five out of five on everything.

When we first got in the room we discovered there was no remote and with my boyfriend being a football head and wanting to watch sports that wasn't good. Luckily I went downstairs and told the front desk lady and she got us one in minutes. Breakfast sausage eggs biscuits and gravy were good.

First of all, when we got to our room, it had not been cleaned. The second room… Had an odor in the bathroom coming from the vent. The lady at the front desk came to the room and inspected… Saying that the smell was not that bad. It literally smelled like someone had taken a BM in the bathroom. The smell was coming from the vent in the bathroom and it seemed to be the norm for them. You could see inside the vent. It was disgusting. Built up with lots of debris. I asked if they had an issue… Mainly because in the lobby there was a strong smell of deodorizers. They were definitely trying to mask an odor. I just kept getting an answer… I don’t know… I don’t know. Definitely not staying here again.

Never got beyond the door to the room. When I opened it, the room reeked of marijuana. And on the front desk there was a big sign proclaiming the hotel as "100% smoke free." Clearly a big lie.
Left and demanded a refund.

When we first arrived the hotel smelled like urine. Only to given a room that was wet, we moved rooms only to be confronted with mold… I will continue to stay at Hilton.
