La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Pueblo

The room was clean. Appreciate the areas at the back of the property for walking dogs. The outside door nearest our room was non-functional, which was disappointing. Breakfast was also disappointing, scrambled eggs gone by 0630, sausage shortly thereafter and neither replaced.

Alex was so kind ans accommodating. Made us feel like we were at home. Thank you all so much for your kindness. My husband is disabled and has breathing issues. Theyade it so we could get to our room so easy. Thank you Alex..you Rock!

The first room we were given was do dirty I don't think it was even cleaned. They put us in a second room it wasn't much better. Bathroom toilet around the bottom was gross. Crumbs on the bed. Asked for clean bedding. Their were no maids on duty so had to change my bedding myself. Will never stay here again.

TERRIBLE! Literally bed bugs and trash and stains - not ok! We went to the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do about it…

Property is in good location. There was a strange smell in our room.

It was very clean in the room and very spacious. The hallway needed vacuuming. We would definitely stay here again for the price and cleanliness.

This place had a terrible smell, the rooms smelled like sewage when you walked in. The bathroom in the common area also had a horrific smell. The room still had trash left from other guests. Had not been cleaned well. Wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast was lousy- housekeeping poor, staff rude.

Our room was filthy and dingy. The carpet wasn't vacuumed and was torn, and there was unknown sticky substance on the nightstand, desk and crumbs on the chair. They moved us to another room. The carpet wasn't as messy but still not vacuumed. Coke or something had exploded in the fridge, and there was a dirty spoon in there. The remote was missing and there were no coffee cups or plastic water cups. One of the pillows on the bed had two strands of hair on it. I threw it on the floor. We checked the beds and they seemed fine otherwise so we slept in them anyway, only because we were exhausted and had no energy to go elsewhere. We shouldn't have. Later the next day, I found myself scratching bedbug bites on my arms and was left with the fear of having brought them with us. We've taken precautions and there has been no more evidence of them, but we're leery. This was a truly horrific experience. I had stayed at this LaQuinta before recently, and it was not like this at all, but something has happened at this property to change it fairly quickly. We shouldn't have to pay for the room, and I will never return there.

Large, clean room. Although near highway, did not have highway noise. Convenient to restaurants. Would stay here again.

I'm not familiar with Pueblo, CO. La Quinta was very easy to find right off of I25. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was excellent on all levels.

The room was never clean the breakfast was lacking eggs.door key only works when i walk all the to front two nights in a roll

well we thought we were getting a 4/5 star room. the bed was as hard as they get. carpets nasty and dirty. nothing seem to be clean. but maybe the sheets. sorry for the Comment’s. but people have a right to know what they are renting. a wast of my money

Had in adequate bedding for the quests. Staff canceled reservation without permission, which was ALL the money we had for housing. Lied about putting notes on account. Did NOT have first floor for disabled child which was in reservation but put others on first floor after we checked in. Breakfast was not much of anything. Had to ask for trash bags and toilet paper. Rude staff.

I was in town visiting family and the overall stay was perfect. The room was clean. It was close to family would definitely stay again.
