Great location and walking distance to stores and restaurants. Parking was easy and my friends and I felt safe and comfortable. Would stay here again.

They changed my door code on day 2 of staying there. I was with my child, standing outside at 8pm in 20 degree weather while it was snowing, trying to get ahold of someone. We had to go to the restaurant next door to warm up. Someone finally responded and gave me a whole new door code about 30 minutes later and never once apologized. Will not be staying here again.

One of the staircases was damaged, so it couldn’t be used, and the parking lot was really small, but other than that, it was a good experience. I liked the contactless check-in. Using a code to get into the room works pretty well, and you don’t have to carry a key card with you. The room was very spacious and clean. It is within easy walking distance of Heavenly Village, so that is very nice.

Very very very very very basic rooms. They are clean but the furnishings are very scarce and there's not even a coffee machine, nor is there coffee in the office in the morning. Nearest coffee is a drive away.

We enjoyed our stay here as a family of 5. The tiom rates were awesome. We had a room with 3 queen beds and plenty of room. The room was clean and fully stocked with towels, soaps, and coffee. The staff was friendly and asked if we needed anything more than once. We drove a long way and they let us in our room a little earlier than 4pm check in which was appreciated. The building is pretty old and you can here the people walking up above you. Overall a great place and we would return.

The room itself is cute and clean however the heater did not turn off even when switched off making the room impossibly hot. The bathroom shower and drain was covered in hair that was NOT mine, ew. The phone did not work, zero dial tone as we tried to call the front desk and of course the number provided to text did not go through. To top it off housekeeping did not knock before entering and just walked right in. Would not recommend this place.

I highly recommend this hotel, very affordable and exceed our expectation. We enjoyed our stay in here, clean bed sheets, really spacious room plus the staff are great. Make sure to complete the pre check in requirements for a smooth check in.

Even though the property is contactless check-in/out, the staff responded to my texts in a timely manner both times I reached out to them during my stay. The walk the heavenly village is short and easy! I also walked to the Tahoe Blue Events Center in about 10 minutes. I will stay here again!

Overall the location is great, pretty clean and specious. Only issue we had was the bed sheets and pillow cases weren’t changed.

You guys scam me I keep calling and asking for my refund. I’m never booking this room and you guys charging from my card for send me back my refund either way, I will sharing my story about every social media. Send me my reference as soon as you can done using people like that.

The hotel room was not serviced / leaned during the day.

The room was roomy. There is tesla charger so that I could charge my Tesla, which saved my time. The sound from the next door was very audible, which is a drawback.

This hotel was great! The room was very clean and the staff was extremely accommodating. Also this is a great location if you are skiing Heavenly. I would definitely stay again.

It was a very good value for $125 per night including tax. Good location in walking distance to Heavenly Village, Gondola, and surrounding areas. Room, including the bathroom, was very clean. Laminate / wood flooring. No old, dirty carpets. Electronic number lock on the front door with online check-in. Saw the same staff most days of my stay. They were pleasant and helpful. They seem to be doing their best with what they have. For example, they gave out old bath towels for use with "sports equipment" like skis, boots, etc. Beds were firm and comfortable. Bathroom fan did not work in our room. Staff said that even if it works, the bathroom fans just exhaust the air into the room and not outside the room. If you have several people staying in a room, it's going to be difficult to keep the toilet smell out of the bathroom and your room. We had to flush quickly and open the front door for a few minutes to let fresh cold air in during the winter to get the smell out. They have a Tesla destination charger (no fee). This was a pleasant surprise. However, due to limited number of parking spots, gasoline vehicles routinely park in the EV spot. Whenever I arrived after 5pm, I lost the charging spot to a gasoline vehicle. I was able to charge twice in 5-6 days. One of the two staircases was closed off possibly due to structural issues. Due to this and the bathroom fan issue, I wonder about the property management's desire to maintain the property.
