My room was very big, loved the balcony. Staff were very nice and helpful. We walked EVERYWHERE from the hotel. I felt very safe in the hotel. In the French Quarter you always need to be careful but I felt safe on that side of the Quarter. Lots of history and ghost tours around so there were groups of people close, made walking at night feel safer.

Beautiful entryway and wonderful staff. The rooms were nice but not as up to date as expected for a recent renovation. Having a fitness room would be a wonderful addition.

I really wanted to return to Le Rich and love it. We used to stay here whenMr Frank was the owner. The staff then made the place feel like home-it was. The new staff still made us feel the way-they rocked. But but-there was little or no hot water in our room for our 3 day stay. Thats a big deal when you are there in December!! Will I go back? Maybecause I cherish my memories there and love the staff. But I'll ask about the water and consider other options first. Consider this an opportunity missed by new management. Was a mostly good stay in one of the suites. Tte TV didn't always work properly and I could clearly hear the couple's activities in the room above me through the air vent.

The renovations on the property made this an outstanding vacation. The pool was definitely a plus. Great location and it was extremely quiet. The restaurant/bar was not open it was the only disappointment.. It is to open soon.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. It is a quaint old hotel. Within walking distance of Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, and many restaurants.
