We've stayed at this Legacy a half dozen times. Although we had an "upgraded" unit, that didn't include newer furnishing (as we recognized the furniture from prior visits) pretty much only upgrade is kitchen area and bathroom countertops. Still a great value and will probably stay again in 2025. The location is a PLUS for us in that we have family to the south, and enjoy making day trips to the north (St. Aug). The European Village is so close that we always enjoy visiting there for some decent Italian pizza and dining.

Comfortable but dated. Needed a much larger TV. Was there for golfing so when I was looking to just chill, I would’ve preferred a minimum 55 in TV. Otherwise quiet and close to everything you would need.

The master shower did not work right. The mixer/regulator was shot and the water was only very hot or very cold….very disappointing.
The door on the master bathroom was a bifold door and the one on the left kept falling off its hinge. I did what I could with it but it’s a bathroom and the door should be able to close.
Also the sliders would stick terribly which was a problem for us- we liked and used the screened in area, but I would have liked if the doors were easier to open and close.
We’ll be back, but some additional maintenance would make it even better there.

Loved the pool. Location is great. Lots of places to walk & bike. Gym was ok - they need to buy a rack of dumbbells. Jacuzzi was a little dirty. The bikes were in poor condition.

Whatever you do, don't do a late check in. I called and told them I was going to check in the next day because of a family emergency. Was told no problem and they would see me when I get there. I show up and was told that I was a no show and there was no availability. Finally after several phone calls a room was available. Not the greatest but a place to sleep.

This is my second stay here. I do a lot of traveling; you can only eat out so often and use a laundry service so much. Two days here and I have clean clothes plus most of a weeks worth of cooked and frozen foods. The bed was too soft but that is pretty subjective. I had the best bathtub of any place i have ever stayed. I spent an hour in the hot this morning before leaving. I am very happy.

The neighbors upstairs was so loud till 1 AM seems like nobody cares about the noise anyway we found out two cockroaches in bathroom, don’t think so stay there again, receptionist was great very nice and helpful

From the first conversation with Dawn, to driving out, it was excellent.
Tons of amenities but it was the friendly staff that made the visit great. I will not stay anywhere else in Palm Coast again.
A true value at 10x the price !!!!

Room smelt mouldy on entering which made me feel uncomfortable, sofa uncomfortable, Bed uncomfortable, yellow Water when filling up the master tub, dirty smelly ponds , no heat on the main pool, I booked two nights my partner got sick with a fever and then I got sick with respiratory problems , we just left at 11pm as I was afraid to stay overnight with my breathing problems ,it was definitely the mould in the A/C that was the problem , not a good trip and i didn't want to complain as I had no energy todo so, we had to drive a 1.5 hour journey back home, I'm feeling much better today and recovering from the bacterial I inhaled during my stay . Very disappointed
