Amazing apartment for our stay! Lovely building, the commons areas were very cool. Loved how much SPACE we had! Building was quiet, and very clean. Great location, some really great food and bars just outside the front doors. Easy 15-20 minute walk to the heart of Broadway.

Beds were uncomfortable, like sleeping in a taco shell. Bathrooms were dirty and appeared to have mold present, shower tile were popping up and had sharp edges, door handle on shower area was loose. Construction was being done during this stay.

Not happy that your website states parking available. Its miss leading and should be removed. There is public parking its 51 dollars a night. Uber is cheaper if your not going to e plore outside of Nashville. The upstairs neighbors are so noisey. They would stomp throughout the night. I would not return on my next stay in March.

Everything was smooth. Being able to text with the host and have them respond. Promptly was super helpful. The building is in a convenient location. Lots of good food around you can walk to downtown easily. The only drawback was…..one towel.
Would stay there again if I were in Nashville.

The first time I stayed here I have zero complaints , this time around in a different unit and there seemed to just be more and more issues pop up . The bathroom had hair all over the floor, mould all in the shower as well as the shower floor being in terrible condition to the point where it hurt, the dishwasher never cleaned anything properly and the dishes had dried food on them when I arrived. There was scaffolding infront of my balcony not allowing to open the balcony door and woke up every morning to people infront of my room. And it would’ve been fine if I had known about the construction being directly infront of my room beforehand I think is important not just that there is construction at the building , it was just disappointing having such a drastic difference in my stay only 2 weeks apart. Other than that it’s a great location and if these things could be fixed it would be amazing.

There was no furniture on the deck, would have been nice! The door keeper was missing. It was just wood nothing to really secure your door. We were told the day before there was a fire inspection and there was going to be someone coming at 9am . Not convenient while on vacation.It was never disclosed when looking at the property that this was on their schedule. There was major construction going on that wasn’t disclosed. It wasn’t an issue, but should be mentioned.

Firstly, the customer service staff were very understanding and did their best to help.
1) Unable to share key via app. After multiple resets and redownloading the app multiple times we received a code for back up keys. This was fine, but time consuming.
2) The extent of construction on this building should not be undersold. They are removing the entire facade of the building and replacing it (or so it looks). There is full scaffolding surrounding it and cranes where they are dismantling the outside of the building and replacing. The noise level made the apartment we were in uninhabitable. The hammering to remove the outside and nail guns with replacing it combined with the ground crew shouting up to the crane workers was so loud they could have been inside the apartment. We were finally able to move apartments.
3) Unfortunately, after the move we were located in a room with air conditioning that did not work. The team were able to come and replace the batteries and restart the thermostat.
We were compensated with a Uber gift card from Locale which was a nice gesture, but a fraction of the cost of the apartment for 5 nights.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Locale, easy parking and close by to many popular restaurants.
However we did not like the shower, it would puddle up and didn’t seem clean. We would shower with our crocs on to avoid touching floor.
The balcony was closed off and didn’t have access the whole trip, was not stated before.
The refrigerator and freezer did not work properly so wasted food thinking it worked. It was warmer than the temperature was set at.
Other than that it had a whole kitchen and access to television. Grocery store was in walking distance with many healthy options. Not too loud at night either compared to broadway. Parking is a daily rate.
