I recently stayed at Magic Moments Hotel and have mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the price was great, and you can tell the hotel is making an effort with renovations. The place was clean, and it’s clear they’re trying to create a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. However, the photos online are misleading. The rooms are much smaller and more outdated than they appear, and while some parts have been renovated, others—like the pool area—still feature old and mismatched furniture. It was also noisy in the mornings, which made it hard to rest. The breakfast had a good variety, but the setup was disorganized and the space far too small for the number of guests. The linens, though clean, were worn and could use replacing. The surrounding location is just okay—nothing special. It’s also important to note that this is not a resort, despite what the name suggests. It's a budget hotel, and the “resort” title may give guests the wrong expectation. In summary, this hotel might work well for families on a tight budget looking for a place to sleep while visiting the area. But if you're able to spend a bit more, there are likely better options nearby. They’re trying, but the mix of old and new creates a somewhat inconsistent experience.

My husband and I took a quick trip to Florida. We enjoyed our stay at Magic Memories. It is kid friendly with lots of things to keep the kids busy. They even had a bounce house. The minion showed up at breakfast. They had the best continental breakfast with the most choices I have ever seen.

We were very disappointed to walk into our room, greeted with an immediate heat. We had tried turning the ac on and let it run, but it didn’t help unless you were standing directly in front of it. We went up to the front desk to ask for a room switch, and we were told that we couldn’t at the time and then will have maintenance fix the ac issue. We went back to our room, were maintenance came in and simply looked at the ac. He didn’t do anything. He just left, telling us that we would get a call on the room’s phone, which was also not working. The entire stay, the ac was never fixed. Since nothing was fixed the first night, we had to go out of our way and purchase two portable fans to keep on, on each side of the bed, just to be able to sleep during our stay within this unbearable florida summer heat.

The property has a second story and no elevator to access it. They didn’t have dollys to get items from the car to the stairwell so we had to make a ton of trips back and forth to get our belongs upstairs. After unloading the luggage we left and when we returned, the AC was not cooling the room. We had to switch rooms and repack to move everything to the next room. Outside of that we had a good stay. Most if not all the guests had kids and we didn’t hear them once in the room so it was a peaceful night. I thought being right in front of the playground could be disturbing but it wasn’t which was great!
