Stayed here with my teen daughters during our Thanksgiving holiday weekend to visit our family in BR. We wanted a peaceful & comfortable place to sleep since our uncle’s house was already fully occupied with others visiting. This hotel did just that! Our stay was perfect we barely wanted to leave our room. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms & restrooms were clean. Housekeeping lady was kind & offered to change our bed sheets & towels each day. Service at the front desk was fast & easy. Noise was a bit of an issue sometimes but I understand that traveling with kids is a task & that’s everywhere you go. Besides that, we would love to stay here again in the future if necessary. I’d definitely recommend booking for your quick trips.

The room smelt like mold and mildew. The carpet was wet and nasty. I didn't feel comfortable enough to even take off my clothes to sleep.
I would never stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else.

Front desk clerk was friendly and check in was quick. I however had to go right back downstairs to request a new room. The first room I was given had a bad musty smell. The front desk guy told me the 4th floor that I was on had just been renovated, which is true everything looked great, but it smelled. The elevator, 4th floor hallway & that room (401), had bad odors. I was quickly moved to another room, which also had an odor but it was more of a foreign food odor. I bought a can of Lysol & the odor was quickly gone in that room. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, (waffles, yogurt, cereals, muffins, bagels, grits & oatmeal). The rooms do not look like the pictures shown.
There is no desk in the room. The chair in the room does not lend itself as a chair desk chair. Do not stay here if you need to work from your hotel.
Lastly, there was a roach in the 1st room I arrived in. Room 409. I was immediately transferred to another room. The 2nd rooms heater did not work. It set off the smoke alarm in the room. No heat.
