Microtel Inn and Suites Eagle Pass

Front desk was on the phone when I arrived which is no problem but a simple gesture acknowledging my presence would have been nice. After ten minutes she hangups but has another client on the phone which is okay. In total I waited 15 minutes to be seen. Once I was finally attended another guest came down stairs claiming to have locked herself out so the lady in the front desk stopped what she was doing and attended her. After driving all the way from a different state I waited almost 35 minutes to check in even after I have reserved and paid for the room. I left and stayed at another hotel.

Got check into room and went to take a shower and the hot water stop working could not finish my shower

Room was exactly what we needed for 1 night, quiet, comfortable bed and clean. The room itself was small, just enough space to get around bed, not any room to move about.

The receptionist was kind. The AC worked good. The room look ok when we first got in but as we went to bed, the pillows were hard, the sheets were ruff and made our skin itch and the mattress was hard and not easy to get comfortable. Then around midnight, another guest close by turned on the TV and it was very annoying and my kids couldn’t go back to sleep. The other guests were talking too and we could hear them mumbling from our room. We packed and left at 1:00 AM with 3 children because we were all annoyed by all of it! The next day we called and left messages for the manager and we were not contacted back at all. That shows how they operate the business-unprofessional. We still haven’t received a call from management to this day. We will not be recommending nor staying at this Microtel Inn again!

No crowded elevator and the young ladies at the desk was very nice and patient

Convenient , 10 mins to the casino

Elevator was out had my poor 76 yr old handicap mother and handicap son had to walk 3 flights of stairs and walk downstairs

It's convenient if you are going to the Casino, It has a good breakfast, the staff is great.

Good the only thing was the water pressure on the shower no pressure

Although it appeared clean, this hotel is somewhat dated. There were cracked floor tiles in our bathroom along with some sloppy caulking type work. It made it look dirty. Hotel is conveniently located and is good for a weekend. My direct interaction with housekeeping staff was very good.

It was a nice hotel very clean was great. Gave us information where there’s good restaurants to eat.

Cleanness excellent/. Bkfst could have a facelift/. For their room charge offs a better bkfst plz. Other amenities were good Stayed 2 days
