Romanita the manager was awesome. She helped us with rooms when we had to evacuate for the hurricane. She was professionally friendly and discretely used our complicated reservation as a teaching opportunity for her co-worker (I only noticed because I too use opportunities to teach my employees - and she was excellent at it.) Our rooms were great and she set us up with two suites for my family. Thanks for everything!

Beautiful property. Everything was clean and well kept. The unit was well decorated & had everything we needed. We were there to visit a family member at Cleveland Clinic and it was so nice to have somewhere comfortable and low stress to return to at the end of the day. Thank you for making it easier! We will definitely return!

This was more like a retirement center that sells timeshares. The building itself was very outdated. However it was sitting right next to an amazing shopping and dining area. If you’re going to the Everglades I’d highly recommend this location. If you’re going to Fort Lauderdale I’d highly recommend against it.

The only thing was the check in and they tried to charge a extra 50.00 reservations fee which I said absolutely not then they backed it out.

Our stay here was super comfortable. Nice amenities, easy parking and quick walk to grocery and restaurants. Close to the highway with easy access to shopping, Everglade activities, Fort Lauderdale or Miami beaches.

The rooms were smelling were bad likley due to mold. My wife developed sneezing and chest tightness and could not sleep well on first night. After 2-3 requests they moved us to another room on next day.

This property is AMAZING!! when you first pull up it looks like an apartment complex but when you walk inside to check in it's bright and the gym looked like it had really good equipment in there. They have a parking garage which was good but if your vehicle is over 7 feet you can only park in one small section on the first floor so no uhauls or big vans or trucks. There's 2 different sides of the parking garage that lead you inside. The rooms are set up like apartments. Your key unlocks 2 doors. The main door separates 2 suites n each suite is a door to be opened. Suite A had a hot tub, living room, full kitchen with cookware, and it's own private balcony. You cannot see suite B's balcony from yours. It really is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. Already trying to make up another reason to come back

Staff very genuine and ready to hep, lovely pool and complimentary coffee by the pool good and strong. Trash cans in garage were a bit grimy on lids but we appreciated the self service aspects of property. Reception very festive for the holidays. All in all a great stay.
