Basic.... which is excactly what we were looking for.

Things were just bath water was lukewarm couldn’t get it hot but still could shower be clean

Before booking online, I called to confirm a room was available. The guy on the phone seemed rude after I told him I was booking online, then he hung up without saying bye. I arrived in the evening, could smell marijuana outside. Turns out there is a pot store right across the street. Ran into a homeless guy outside mumbling something. Then tried going to sleep by 11pm but a loud couple were drunk trying to open their hotel door adjacent to my room. They got in and another guest was trying to sleep and told them they had the wrong room! So they went downstairs to get the key to their correct room, then they started arguing and it was easily heard all the way down the hallway! I tried to use the phone to dial the front desk, it wouldn’t work and so I called from my cell but it just rang and rang. I wouldn’t stay here again, and should have spent a few more bucks and stayed elsewhere. I don’t normally give bad reviews either.

Nice place. Quiet and location made it easy to get around town.

We stayed for the night before a cruise. The property was clean and comfortable and the staff was great.

We weren’t expecting the Ritz but a blow dryer, tissues, and bodywash/shampoo would’ve been nice. Of course no breakfast, and no coffee maker in room. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Dont go any cheaper than this place in Anchorage, this is okay, the cheaper hotels are drug dens
