Broken down, doors bashed in, plywood over windows. Glad I am only staying one night.

This property was not fit for rental. broken windows and door around the facility, no hot water, unclean room. if it wasnt 2 am after being on the road for an entire day i would have gone elsewhere

No hot water for a shower

This property was in terrible condition, a lot of broken windows, overflowing trash cans around the property, trash left lying around the grounds and walkways, water damage inside the rooms, the shower curtains are held on by bobby pins, and no comforters on the beds. I will never return to this property.

It is less than 10 minutes away from multiple stores and restaurants. Nobody bothered me and pets are always free. I reserved a deluxe room with microwave and refrigerator on the app, and i got a standard room. Front desk said they didn't have any deluxe rooms to switch me to so they brought a microwave and refrigerator to my room. I have renewed my room for a second week.

Room was ok, manager nice, door lock for key card broke. couldn’t come and go. People in next room fought… screaming throughout early morning. Police at room down the hall (different room). Not safe environment esp if you have children.

The lady working at the front desk was nice and her dogs were cute. Everything about this place other than the lady working here is a dump. Sheets were stained, the room smelled like pee, towels were stained, looked like there was blood on the shower curtain. I reserved my room days ago already paid for it. Got here and they had no reservations for me and didn’t have a room for me had to send me across the street.

Nice woekers

There was bugs and it took 30 minutes for them to clean two rooms to pick from and one of the rooms had a cockroach in it and the other room I picked because I was stuck in the reservation after I submitted it. I wish I could get a refund I had my son and it was really bad.

The price

The room was Adequate for a night sleep The floors were separating and dirty in the cracks They had bar soap, but no shampoo The ice machine was broken The front door handle was broken

Shows you low price but if you come to the property, that low price you've paid is too much for the condition of this property.

I felt very unsafe. The person on duty did not care about anything. I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy

Owner just discouraged. No coffee, not clean, help worked hard. Just unkept & not clean.

Showed up and was told they didn’t have a room because they didn’t have a cleaning person

Had to wait 30 minutes for someone to attend the front desk upon check-in. Kids were constantly running around on the upper levels making all kinds of noise. There were homeless living along the perimeter of the motel. I went across the street to the econolodge where the prices were comparable, the the EL's rooms were much nicer.

Room did not have a fridge or microwave as promised. Room was very dirty and in disrepair. Lights not working in bathroom. Light switch was actually missing. Lobby ice machine not working. Placed smelled like cat urine. Staff not able to help.

first thing a roach under the bed .. little roach in the bathroom near the exhaust fan, the fan was missing the cover which was behind the toilet. about an hour after check in a couple was screaming outside the room about the horrible condition of their room. Our room the headboard was missing from one bed. they both had lumpy matteresses and only one pillow per bed. Only one of the two room keys worked the front desk fixed that. The room was filthy and the only impressive thing was how loud the toilet was when flushed.
