The staff here is very good especislly the front office very friendly and thoughtful

I couldn’t take a shower. The tub looked like it had not been clean in a few days

The staff here are very rude and unprofessional. I have multiple disabilities, I asked to have a different room that would be better for me. The room was vacant and no one had made any reservations on it. I was refused I even offered to pay for whatever my current room would cost to have it ready for the next guest. I had stayed here for 2 weeks and gave them thousands for business. Upon check out my car battery died I had to call AAA, I was told not to switch of the car until I get to the garage. I was in the car park for over an hour and had a long journey back I asked if I may use their bathroom and as to no surprise they said their favorite word “NO” one of the staff their who is extremely unapproachable was sitting right at the front desk literary stuffing her face with her sandwich and potato salad, it was so uncomfortable and unprofessional I’ve never seen anyone do that at any hotel. I understand this is Motel 6 and not a five star hotel but have some dignity There is absolutely no reason to treat guests this way. If you do not like working with people, you should not be working in customer service. I obviously will not be returning and will stick to my regular motel 6 in Tewksbury where the staff are a delight and always there to help their guests.

Very poor cleaning

There was bugs all over the place, the shower was dirty, pillow cases and beds with hairs, it was oblivious no one cleaned that room.

Terrible

You should still expect Motel 6 quality, though this one is priced higher in relative to other less expensive areas’ Motel 6.

Alisha, Taylor and Kevin keep it clean and quiet!

Can't turn left into parking lot, had to do a U turn everytime
