Motel 6 San Francisco, CA - Lombard Street

Nasty room. Mold in restroom stains on bathroom walls dingy grey stained towels. When complained to clerk he offered us a 2 bed room for $10 more per night! This place is a health hazard. It was late we were told he would collect for 2 nights if we did not stay the first night so we booked another place for the remainder of our stay

The room was an absolute wreck. Floor boards shattered, furniture falling apart etc etc etc. Hairball under covers. Super sad

Roaches every where, i even had to ask for roach spray which they had of course. People in office are con artist.

Service was good but the room was beat down, and the man talked about a $150 deposit fee that i was not gonna get back after my stay yet i already prepaid for a room, also paid 10 dollars for parking yet was super difficult to park

Zoologists’ delight! A unique ecosystem with outstounding biodiversity. Amid the mostly laminated flooring in be can find areas of exposed local wood and untreated insulation. Spotted three species of insect! Pack warm! There are absolutely no extra blankets nor pillows. Great ‘off the grid’ spot- no WiFi access hits room 301! You can add your footprints to the well trodden mattress which shows an eclectic history of drug use, cigarette burns, and enough stained blood to get your ‘thinking caps’ on for a little murder mystery. No television nor WiFi but enough crawly critters to keep you company! On a real note- very dangerous. Very seedy. Do not recommend for families at all.

This place was terrible. Super dirty. The floor was messed up with holes and and tape everywhere. It was the only place that I could afford at the time or I definitely would have left. Don’t stay here unless you have to

We were on a corner where no light worked to get in so dark at night when we tried to open the door. The floor in the room was torn up and taped with gray tape. Also, under the bed was very dirty. I asked for a first floor and was told they would give it to me but it was mostly for older age people. I am a disabled veteran just because I don’t show it doesn’t mean I’m in perfect condition. (Back problems) Disabilities aren’t always visible. Such an insult. We came from far away and it was late or we would have looked for something better. We won’t stay again.

This place should not be allowed to keep their doors open unless they clean and renovate their rooms. The floors were not only all cracked up but super sticky. The place was so dirty. The pillows and blanket looked and smelled dirty, the toilet seat was broken and taped. Between the noise and the grunge we barely slept a wink. I definitely will not be recommending this place to anyone and won’t be staying in a motel 6 again.

Parking is ok

Not expensive but needs refurbishment. Parking and next to Lombard in the Marina District is a plus!

The man at the front desk was a bit anxious, but tried to be accommodating. Having said that, the tiles in the floor were torn up creating a hazard, and I informed him of that, and he kind of blew it off. someone might fall and hurt themselves, so I don’t think that room should’ve been rented

Room was filthy and falling apart. Cockroaches crawled every time I turned on the light.

There was mold in multiple places on the bathroom ceiling. It smelled extremely strongly of pinesol and lightly of mold. The sheets and towels looked as though they had been washed but not bleached as they were clean but had light stains. The bed had a person-shaped dent in it, so I think it was quite old. The heat did not work very well. The one shining point was that the person who checked me in was very polite and thoughtful. However, I would not recommend staying here unless you have to.

The room had cockroaches crawling out from behind the mirror. Floor was coming apart and there was pubic hair in the bathtub.

Please, heed my warning!! DO NOT BOOK HERE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. I understand this is a motel & you’re sort of expect a bad room. But this place was horrifying. There were burn marks on the mattress, mold on the furniture, all the sheets & towels were dirty, there were so many stains on the bed, & a horrible smell throughout the room. I didn’t think something like this could happen to me. We were there for 15 minutes before we had to evacuate. My girlfriend was crying & said she felt itchy. On top of that the clerk didn’t offer to help or give me a refund. He was very rude & standoffish. I included a couple pictures but couldn’t even get a chance to take pictures of everything else I was in a panic. Hotels.com wouldn’t help either by the way. Which is a whole other story! Learn from my mistake, do not book at this Motel 6 or any for that matter. They were unresponsive throughout this whole mess.

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. The door did not fit the frame and I heard every noise imaginable outside. The flooring was peeling off of the ground and it clearly had not been cleaned.

First, the attendant wasnt even there. We had to wait for him. The room was nasty. The shower was gross. The bed had no padding so it was uncomfortable. People loud outside and above us. The floors were coming up. The mirror was cracked. The bed only had 2 pillows for a king size bed. I had to pay to park my car in the parking lot. Ill never stay there again. OH YEA, THE TOILET DIDNT FLUSH!!!

A worker walked into our room as we were getting ready mind you it was 9am our checkout was 11am
