I got a room here for one night, and as soon as I opened my door a COCKROACH ran through the room and under the fridge. I immediately turned around and left. The lady at the front desk that night was awesome and told me to call the general manager. I had called and even left a message and was told I’m be called back on Monday and it has been almost a week since then and no phone call. I suppose these things aren’t taken that seriously by them. Never staying at their properties again.

Very comfortable and clean. We had some room key and electrical issues but the staff went above and beyond for us the manager as well as all the staff especially Destiny were amazing. I missed that they don’t offer full service before I booked but they were very accommodated did clean our room at our request.

Overall, it was a good place. But some of the fixtures are worn out - the shower head wouldn’t stay up, the toilet ran on, and the appliances are showing their age with the noise they make. Also, the “accessible” rooms did not have walk in showers - they were just regular tubs.

Bedbugs bedbugs bedbugs. Came home from our stay at my Pl., North Aurora! My wife has at least 30 bites on her. When we called the hotel to inform them, they said they would look into it. When they called back, they said it was a flea infestation, flea and bed bug bites are very different. Stayed there last year with no problem is why we returned this year.
