The desk clerk was professional. He answered all questions. He was there when we arrived and still there when we left at 8:45 am. The hallway was outdated and looked like it needed a some TLC. The room had enough towels for 2. There were four of us. No hand soap. You have to use the liquid body soap hung on the shower wall. Beds were hard. Lights in room were only next to bed. Outside of the dead bug on the bathroom floor it was clean. The breakfast provided consisted of coffee, milk, only sweetened cereals, waffles, bagels and cream cheese, biscuits and gravy. All carbs. No juice, fresh fruit or eggs. I paid more for the room than usual thinking it would be a little better breakfast. All in all it's a place to sleep and have a sub par breakfast before continuing on your journey.

I mean honestly what can i say...... its a place to sleep but the price i paid online combining my flight with hotel i would have expected it to be better. Side note for yall. If you dont book it online with expedia for example be prepared to spend another 100$ when you check in. A "saftey deposit" they wont tell you that untill you get there. That should be a clue. I did check for bed bugs, and didnt find any. Thats another clue for ya lol. Stay at your own risk.

I stayed for a couple days there and the service was alright couldn’t really understand the guy. I then got to my room and there was no room number and then when I walked into my room the mirror was missing off the bathroom door, and then when I went to try and turn the air on it wasn’t working at all, the beds were very uncomfortable. It was just not the very best of hotels and I’m not use too being a part of any bad New Victorian Inn stay but this one was just not the greatest at all, I really hope they update their rooms soon, otherwise I would never stay there again

The room I got reeked of urin in the bathroom and you could smell it through out the room. Also had no carpeting with sticky floor. Front desk did change rooms for me and the second room actually had carpeting. However I regret to say this place was little sketchy and very dirty. I felt like I needed to wear a bio suite in this hotel. It was filthy.

Nice enough place to stay for cheap. Disappointed the pool was closed in the heat of summer. Grateful to have a place to stay that was clean and bug-free!

The room was dirty and bathroom toilet seat was real loose and dirty. They had no room service so we had to go ask for towels nightly.the person at counter wasn’t nice. Looked like I was interrupting his down time . Always got upset when I asked for towels. He would go in the room and just grab a bunch of towels unfolded and more or lest threw them to me!!! No good service

We had two adjoining rooms. They were not supplied properly with towels or soap. None of the USB ports worked. One of the beds. They were stains on the sheets so we had them change them which they did immediately. Later that night, one of the rooms was leaking over the toilet. Called l downstairs and someone someone came up, said that the toilet above us leaks. We asked them to clean it up and they said tomorrow. I grabbed some towels threw on the floor and wiped the toilet seat off because it was soaking wet. The guy was never apologetic and didn’t want to do anything. The next day we were out and about and called and told him about it and said someone would be there to clean it up. When we got back to the motel no one ever showed up. It was already too late for us to check out. I never did bring the extra towels or soap. There was mildew in the bathtubs. There was soda sprayed on the headboards that had dried up and there was never wiped off. I will never stay at this hotel again and I will most definitely let everyone know. Out of all the years that I’ve gone through Hotels.com I have never had such a horrible experience that I have here. I hope somebody looks at this and gets this straightened out as it was the worst experience I’ve ever dealt with.

We asked someone who was cleaning rooms if we could get some clean towels and he said we'd have to go to the front desk to get them as he's got a cart full. Breakfast really wasn't much choice. Only fruit loops, waffles and cold biscuts and cold gravy.

Arrived close to midnight and checked in a room on 3rd floor. Opened door, immediately a sticky smell came. We went back to front desk and asked to switch to different room. Again the 2nd room has strange smell, though not as uncomfortable as first one. Check the wall, many spots of mold were detected. We decide to not check in, asked for refund at front desk, cancellation/refund was given without issue, that was probably the best I can say about this hotel.
