Everything was painted with old paint. Cracks in the walls things were painted over. There was someone’s hair in the tub. Toilet would not flush the stool down, it took several flushes. Would not let my dog stay there.

Room was small, bathroom was smaller. Room had no temperature control but enough blankets to keep you warm and it was cool enough. Very noisy from surrounding areas but for the price it was worth the stay.

This is the worst boutique hotel I have ever stayed at. They are strict about checking in at 4pm but they only have 1 slow receptionist to do everything so by 4pm there was a lobby of people waiting. I was 5th in line and didn’t get checked in for 45 minutes. Once o got to my room the key didn’t work, back to the front desk for another 5 minutes to get a new key. Once on the room No towels or washcloths, or room phone to call reception to get some. I had to go back to reception to wait for the one receptionist to retrieve towels that were very dingy looking that I had to question their cleanliness. The beds were like cot mattresses and I woke up with a little ache in my back. They need to seriously upgrade some things. I will Never stay there again.

Pros: -great location, short walk to the beach. - nice view from room 216 Cons: - they charge a resort fee, and there are little to no amenities in the room. Our room had no washcloths and one towel although the reservation was for two people. We had to go to the front desk twice to get sufficient towels and washcloths. - Poor lighting in the room, it felt more like a basement area. - There is no temperature controls in the room. There is one central air vent that blew air continuously. It was cold outside and cold inside the room and we had no control over it. -There is no iron in the room and the safe does not work. - The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was dust in corners, marks on the toilet bowl and the bathtub was old and had missing fixtures. It was hard to get the hot water because the knob turned continuously. - There is absolutely no free parking in the area so if you have a car, be prepared to pay for a garage or metered parking on the street.

Well, this property is cheap. Yes, but it’s not clean the bedsheets. It’s very dirty. The bathrooms is very dirty even the room. It’s not clean and even the elevator so old and sometimes doesn’t work. It was bad experience. I don’t think I will book this hotel again.

When I arrive, two girls were yelling at the young man behind the desk, who was dressed in a suit. They told me not to stay there. I went up in the room. I had a great view of the ocean, but other than that the room was dirty. The bedding was dirty that they gave me two towelsthat were dirty. They had no beach chairs. They had no remote for the television. The television was broken. One of the lamps was broken. They gave me one small bar of soap to last for four days. I went down to ask for an iron or ironing board which they did not have. They did not have beach That were dirty. They had no beach chairs. They had no remote for the television. They did not have the only thing I can say was is that the men behind the desk, always wore a suit and when they were confronted too hard by people which they were being confronted by people all weekend, they would get up and walk away from the front desk and send the housekeeper to deal with the people. No Customer Service I asked for a hairdryer. He said he would require an ID from me. I told him I would go buy my own.

upon arrival, front desk clerk was on a personal call, put up his finger to indicate for us to wait, then minutes later sprung a resort fee & $30/day parking fee which had not been disclosed before, told us that it was Hotel.com's fault for not disclosing to us, then very nonchalantly handed the card after all that. No thank you no courtesy no nothing. Building is old & dilapidated. In desperate need of renovation. No thermostat, A/C not working regularly, door slams heard throughout the night, creaky floor boards, dirty disgusting bathrooms, tiny balconies. The only thing this place has going for it is proximity to the beach. Other than that, a dreadful experience. Avoid!

The location is so-so. My view was awesome. Aside from that, the place made my list as the worst dump I have ever been to. Staff's service was arguably the worst. Greeting me? No. Wanting to help me? No. Friendly? No. Attentive? No. They were busy watching their shows on their phones or on the phone talking and couldn't be bothered. I asked for change to use the coffee machine and was given a look as though I shouldn't even dare interrupting while watching the show, let alone even imply that they could provide change. The bathroom was as bad as any, and it resembled one from a third-world country (or forth world). Two bath towels, but no hand towels, tissues, shower soap, shampoo, etc. In essence, bare bones. The bed was terribly uncomfortable, but "a bed is a bed" when you are tired. Hot water? You better be prepared to wait for a while. Literally, it took 10 minutes running the water to get lukewarm temperature. A waste of a ton of gallons. At check-out, I asked for a receipt. That was another adventure. None of the people running the front desk were interested in providing a slightly better service. They are probably "waiting" for someone to buy the place out or getting zero salaries. This place gives a whole new meaning to DUMP.

This place is a complete joke. The room was filthy, covered in mold, and reeked of humidity. The sheets and towels were stained—yes, stained—and looked like they hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. It was beyond disgusting. The staff? Even worse. They couldn’t care less about the guests and got outright defensive when asked simple, reasonable questions. Their attitude was rude and dismissive, making an already horrible experience unbearable. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again if it were the last place on earth. This hotel is an absolute disgrace, and staying here felt like a punishment. Avoid it at all costs.

I booked this property because it says early check in available that was a lie . I ask for ice they said the machine has been broken since December 31 2024 . The towel had a long black hair on it and I didn’t even get a wash cloth . Water pressure was extremely low . Toilet hardly flush . The key they gave me didn’t work and the employee that was on called didn’t know how to program key card so he left and it took him 15 minutes to come back with working card . Deposit was never returned although I return the room in the same status they gave to me ! Wall had water damage in my room and the mini refrigerator turn my orange juice hot instead of cold ! There was a man drinking on the chairs outside the door , people walking in pajamas in mid day , another working packing her stuff and changing clothes in middle of lobby mid day as well . I didn’t leave at the moment because it was the closest hotel I found near the sea port for my cruise . Disappointing isn’t the word . I just want my deposit back . I’ll be disputing deposit as soon as I get off this ship

bed broke while i was sitting on the right side of the bed, double checked to see what was going on and it seems that there was only 3 support beams on the bed instead of the normal 12 that were on the left. so much for taking a much needed nap with my partner when traveling down south. first and last time.

This hotel is a scam. A dirty, unrenovated, unsafe dump. It is nothing like the photos posted. The rooms have no AC controls (the only option is a central noisy and freezing AC), no security measures, it is dirty, old, and full of mildew. The rooms and hallways are dark and dim, dirty and foul-smelling. Rooms have no security bars in the shower, no phones, no fire alarm. The staff is unfriendly, unresponsive, and rude. Of course, Hotels.com does not check properties before selling them with non-refundable fees. This is the type of hotel that offers non-refundable fees because of how terrible it is. It is a scam. DO NOT STAY HERE.

For the price in that area, it was a needed shelter and that's it, shelter and hot water for the night. We got the best room they had to offer and we only needed it for 1 night. The shower could've been cleaned better, TV didn't work, bed was super lumpy, and curtains needed to be washed badly. And be sure to bring your own towels and wash cloths because they will not have any, maybe 2 towels in your bathroom but that's it. I'm sure the owners can afford to put a little more TLC in these rooms. But sadly, because of the location and price, you can tell they don't care and will do the bear minimum and people will still stay. They better keep those rates low or they will be out of business for sure.

I asked for an extra towel, they didn't have any! Wait what? They didn't have a single extra towel. They should have provided towels for the beach also and guess what... Of course they didn't have any. The room has a TV but no remote control. There is no air conditioning and if you need shampoo and conditioner, forget it! anyway... the only positive point of this "hotel" is the distance to the beach.
