I was very pleasantly surprized at how clean my room was! I was perfectly clean and looked brand new on the inside. Noone was there for my check in but they had sent me my door lock code so it was super easy. I feel like it was a great value and super convenient to down town as well as Silver Springs. I will stay here again!

Kyle was very helpful over the phone. The room was clean and nicely appointed. There were some sugar ants that were present on the sink countertop in the bathroom, but that is a small issue. The BIG issue was the ceilingof the first floor/floor of the second floor must be paper thin. I listened to loud walking, banging, and even yelling for several hours while I should have been sleeping. I know the hotel is limited in what it can do when obnoxious guests are on site, but it was very frustrating for me to have paid a decent sum to NOT sleep. If I stay here again, I will demand a second floor room.

We needed a hotel room last minute to get some rest on a long drive home. We booked this room less than twenty minutes before arrival. The receptionist was very nice, got us checked in quickly. Property was clean, so was the room. Definitely recommend.

Room and bathroom clean. Rooms was fresh but lacked clock. Room was very basic. Mattress was a little soft and few low to the flow. Curtain on the window would be nice to block out the parking lot lights. Was shade on the window but room wasn’t dark. TV service was good once pushed a few buttons and entered a password. TV could have been a little larger. Chairs in room were very small. Outside area well lite at night.

It was a pretty good little spot in Ocala, a good middle ground between the terrible smaller hotels in the area, and the $3-400 downtown places. The room was large with a full kitchen that I didn't utilize, (bring your own pots and pans?) and a clean, well kept bathroom. The bed was quite firm, my arm kept falling asleep as a side sleeper.

It is an older facility that has been remodeled and modernized. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Very well lit up during the overnight hours and had a secure feeling.

My flight was delayed and when i let them know ahead of time i would no longer stay there , they decided to ignore me for 72hours. So they could keep half of my money and give me no full refund. Terrible service. Terrible people. Won’t recommend!

The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very good. The caulking around toilet and sink needed to be redone. The toilet wobbled drastically when you sat on it. There are no employees on premise between 6PM and 8 AM. The tv remotes didn’t work luckily the desk clerk was still there and could give us different ones. Walls had several holes where it looked like shelves had been pulled out of the walls.

I love this property.. if we are in Alachua County, we always choose Ocala Suites… it’s truly a home away from home. They have the same kitchen at your home..A REAL FULL KITCHEN with an actual stove n oven n fridge, with pots, pans, and dinning wear. Full living room with bedroom on the other side. Just wonderful

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and I didn’t even manage to stay. Evacuation during Milton I had booked 3 nights on 3 separate bookings to ensure maximum flexibility. All with free cancellation up to the previous evening if stay. Arrived to be told on first day that they had no record of booking and that they were totally full. This is in spite of them sending confirmation emails Secondly even though I had selected to pay at hotel on arrival they had charged my account 2 and 3 days in advance They also sent out emails changing the cancellation policy to try and refuse refunds No apology and only got money back via credit card company. Reported to Florida Better Business. These sort of business practices are well known signs of price gouging
