It was a first time and my wife & I enjoyed it. We did the tour of the field & it was amazing. The staff was VERY friendly and respectful. Everything was walking distance. The valet was amazing and kind and safe with my new vehicle abd my wife's new suv. We will be returning. 10/10.

It was excellent!! We stayed for New Years and It was the best decision I could have made for my family. The staff was awesome from the front door, through check in and even in the bar and restaurant area. The manager was superb! He exceeded my expectations. It's nice to see someone enjoy their job. I can't say enough good about him. The food was excellent. The prices were fair. My experience was 10 out of 10.

I loved the stay! And sooo friendly the staff! Provided well care and went above and beyond!..my husband and I have been having a rough few months, personal family stuff :( and they made the stay so great and provided us with complementary treats and snacks and drinks, thank you soo so much.. on the day of checking out we noticed an unfamiliar charge.. unfortunately someone used our room # and forged our last name on their bill! Thankfully the staff showed us proof of their receipt, they spelt our last name completely wrong and ordered 4 drinks, 2 old fashions & 2 espresso martinis.. My husband doesn’t drink. .. it was just us 2 for the whole stay. So unfortunate bc we loved everthing else.. but be aware I guess of who you talk to!

First time staying at one of the Omni branded hotels and this was hands down the best experience to bring in the New Year. Staff was amazing from check-in to random staff about the lobby and area open to snapping photos for us, and just the peacefulness of the whole environment. This place will forever have a special memory for my family now. And we look forward to staying at other Omni locations when we can.

The room had a bright green fire alarm light that blinked every 5 seconds right over top the bed and if you’re on the highway side, you hear a lot of the traffic that goes by. Surprising, this hotel which is supposed to be the nicest in the Battery doesn’t even have a basic convenience store in it. I really needed some Tylenol PM or Nyquil to help with the conditions in the room but they don’t have those basic items that are standard in even 2 and 3 star hotels. Overall, wasn’t worth the extra money. Next time I’ll stay in one of the other hotels in The Battery.
