Arrived on a late flight. Front desk staff were very welcoming. They offered a late check out the following day - so appreciated!

Kind people, close to airport and shuttle service made up for old buildings and unlovely location

I was never able to log in on WiFi.The staff was not helpful. They did not seem to know anything at at all about the web. I totally lost a whole day due to their indifference and/or incompetence... They had no clue they made me feel just like zip... poor I lost a whole day becuz I could not access. They seemed immobile on this point. Curse them

Would have appreciated written instructions or diagram to the airport shuttle pickup area. Maybe it was on the hotel’s website…but I could not find it.

This hotel may qualify as the worst hotel at which I’ve ever stayed. I was not expecting a five star experience given the price point and location, but I also didn’t expect such poor customer service and condition of the room. I thought it would be okay for a day trip to Honolulu from Maui. It began when I arrived. I stood in line for nearly thirty minutes, along with two other guests, as we waited for the team to reconcile operations. They just left us standing there. Why they would choose to do so at peak check in time, around 330pm is beyond me! The check in process is largely a manual paper process which was also aggravating. When I arrived at the room, I was disappointed to see how very outdated it was. There was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, which was nice, but I used neither. The bed had no headboard and moved when I sat down. The sink was at my mid thigh. The shower tile looked grimy and the shelving in the bathroom was dusty. I noticed there was no iron in the room so I responded to a welcome text to ask about getting one as I’d packed a linen jumper to wear the next day. I was told I needed to return to the front desk to check an iron and ironing board out. I asked if it could be delivered to the room & was told no. I was very disappointed by the response, but was not surprised given my initial experience with the front desk staff. The air conditioner was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep & the bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely WILL NOT go back!

This is actually a nice place to stay but one noticeable thing is the condition of the building(s). Seen quite a bit of rust on the railings however, with some repairs, new bathroom vents and baseboards this would be a great place to stay. It’s spacious and they have quite a lot of amenities. I would definitely come back.

Great stay for one night passing to and from the airport to catch a flight. Rooms are spotless but dated. No big deal for us.

My flight was delayed, and I needed a place to stay near the airport for a layover. This hotel provided a shuttle service, which was a lifesaver — super convenient! The bed was incredibly comfortable, with a great mattress, and the room was surprisingly quiet given its proximity to the airport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. That said, it’s a budget hotel, and it shows — everything is quite old. For example, my door wouldn’t open, and I had to call guest services for assistance. Still, it was a good option for the price and worked perfectly for a quick overnight stay!

The hotel is in an industrial warehouse area, although it was close to the airport. The photos in Hotels.com are not upto date. The foyer and room were dated.

The free airport shuttle was a big plus with friendly front desk staff! The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Simple and basic, but comfortable hotel that was great for our family. There's also a restaurant on siteI highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is just fine for an overnight layover. The airport transportation is a great perk.

I appreciate that you offer reusable containers for your soaps and shampoos. I also appreciate pillows that are filled with a filler that is not down. All other aspects of my stay were terrific including cleanliness and customer service.

Hotel is right by the airport, centrally located if you want to go anywhere on the island. One of my biggest complaints in the room was an issue with the wall, it had air bubbles that were pealing off and holes that are very visible in the bathroom and bedroom. Laudry facilities available on site, you can buy soap at their little convenience store. Iron not available in room, has to be asked for at front desk. Chinese restaurant and lounge on site were a plus. Parking was limited, I guess it's fine since it is one of the few hotels that does not have additional fees for parking. So if you're vacationing on a budget, I recommend this place.

We were only there to sleep for night one of our trip as we arrived at midnight. Wouldn’t recommend for much more than that. More like a motel feel. As out of date everything was relatively clean but no elevator, limited parking. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

Our restaurant was closed so the nearest eating area was a half hr walk at least.
