WE LOVED OUR STAY. IT WAS CLEAN AND COZY.

This was a nice, clean & quite property. My unit was comfortable.

Good price and nicer than a motel room

We came in late and had a lot of trouble finding the unit. The sign on the door was missing and since the lights were out, it made it even harder to find . We booked a 2 bedroom (1 king, 1 queen, with a pullout couch), but only found 1 king and a pullout couch. We squeezed in the first night until the morning in hopes to talk to the on property manager in the morning. In the morning the lady came up and checked and noticed the separating door was unlocked. Nowhere in the instructions mentioned being able to open the extra door. That would have been nice to know to get what we paid for the first night. Overall the unit was ok, but it does need a bit of updating as runs are getting rough around the edges with use. The kitchen wares probably needs some love. There are is super convenient to the state park and beach, so that’s a huge bonus.

Great stay right by the dunes!

Was looking for a hotel with a spa near the beach for unplanned one night vacation and turned into three nights rooms, rice clean and comfy a hot tub to ourselves every night

Great suits with full kitchen for a family. Older buildings and each unit is different so if you want to know exactly what your unit looks like (how dated and/or updated) it’s important to compare with actual site of Pacific Plaza to see each unit. Stayed her post turkey day to hit dunes and cost is fair for what you get to house a family of 4. Limited dish wear. Only salt/pepper/olive oil. Bring extra blankets!

The condo we rented was spacious however the heater wasn’t working, and it got chilly in the am. Not adequate blankets on the bed, just sheets and one thin coverlet. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was only one serrated cutting knife, no bowls for mixing, no wine glasses, no cookie sheet or casserole dishes for baking or cooking with. So plan on either take out or eating out. Cooking in the condo was a challenge!! Plus the coffee pot was a joke! It brewed very weak coffee one cup at a time! I will not be revisiting this property!

A little dated and needs some TLC. Bathroom vent needed to be dusted... bad. However, price was great, ample parking and very close to everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay again.

Cozy little spot, condo-like, with a five minute walk to the dunes and food and liquor stores nearby.

I usually love staying here, but this time was not a good experience. I needed an accessible room due to having hip replacement surgery. Night 1, the TV didn’t work. It was up high and I couldn’t reach it to check hdmi connection or see the numbers on the cable box when I called support (as noted on the laminated paper in the room). I was on the phone over 30 minutes without success. The office staff was super nice and helpful. She had it working when I got back from dinner. Day 3, the shower flooded the bathroom because the water wasn’t draining properly. My daughter took a shower not longer than 10 minutes and water was everywhere. Again, office staff was very apologetic and sent housekeepers to take away the wet bath rugs and provide plastic bags for my wet clothes. The bed was not the most comfortable. I could feel the springs. I used a lot of pillows to try to get comfortable. At least the heater was working and the room was warm at night.

Property was close/walking distance to the beach and in a quiet area. Small parking places, but there were plenty of them. Outside of property was well maintained. The actual unit (five-eleven) was decent. Full kitchen and large master bedroom with king bed was nice. While the blue towels looked nice, they were old with some bleach stains, and the color was faded, worn, and very rough. Definitely could use new towels. The fully stocked kitchen was nice, however I washed all the silveware before use as some looked dirty, as was the plastic holder. There is no dishwasher, so the handwashed dishes were mostly clean. Pots and pans are well worn, but had a decent selection. There is a muffin pan, but no cookie sheet, so I heated garlic bread and baked cookies in a muffin pan! Kitchen table is small with two chairs; we brought in a chair from the porch for our third person. Overall the unit was decent, but could use a coat of paint, new linens and pots and pans. These simple things would make the place excellent.

Everything was great! The space, location, and cleanliness were on point. They even accommodated our early check in request which was appreciated as we had a party to attend at 4pm the same time as check in. My only issue was that there wasn’t a door on the main bedroom. There was no privacy between the common space and the bedroom. Wasn’t a major problem for our stay. I’m sure it’s on the fix it list. We will definitely stay again!

The resort was very nice and in a great area for the beach entrance and the food choices around the areas. Would definitely stay again
