Felt like a scam

The stairsway hide and behind the buillding in the back, it is very hard to find. and front stairway is under-construction not able to be utilized. it took me from 7:00pm check-in until 8:45pm to got into my room. that is, the off duty desk lady had me following her car to find my room. when she over-heard the 5th times i stopped to the front desk complaints that i couldn’t find the stairways to 2nd floor. It is dark, and scary for a single woman walking around for 1.45 hours walking around on the compound. extremely frustrated and scary experiences. and the male front dest agent is not helpful and friendly. i do needs to address a issue is to your benefits and booking if you treated cliental not paying the top dollars to book a 5 stars hotels. but treated your clients paying a discounted price as a 2nd class citizens and without any courtesy and consideration, that you wouldn’t have returned clienteles. to your selling rooms. Money is money, all the human to be treated equally not only the one has money. as yourself are at the same class as your own clients.

To whoever is gonna book the hotel: Please do not book, you will be regretted, 1. Dirty room 2. No privacy 3. NO HOT WATER, I tried all possible way, the water was not even lukewarm, had a technican came, he wasn't able to fix it stayed for 3 days, I didn't even have a shower, OMG! 4.The main entrance is alway closed 5. If your flight is before 7am, congrats, no one is at the reception They don't have night shift! 6.The advantage of the hotel is close to the airport, if you want to stay a few days and want to go the the downtown, please, find another hotel, you will spend another 60~80$ to call uber drivers, NOT CONVENIENT. 7. No refregirator, no microwave, no coffee maker, maybe I am thinking too much because the price is such low. DO NOT BOOK if you don't want to ruin your nights

I booked this hotel based on the photos I saw on the Internet. It looked like a nice lobby with beautiful rooms. My family checked in and said it was a horrible place, and they ended up not staying at the property

The room was nice. Our door was open when we arrived. But all was clear. The outside looks like they may be renovating pretty bad one stair case was block maybe do to an earthquake at some point.

When I was checking in, the man at the front desk burped in my face and didn’t even bother to say excuse me or hide it, the room was filled with ants, they didn’t have extra sheets, and as I was walking to my room a “lady of the night” came out of a room and asked if I needed company. Aside from this and the whole property being filthy, I was charged $100 despite leaving the room in the condition I got it in. I’ve called them to get my money back but they don’t even answer their phone

Front desk wasn’t too helpful in finding places to eat around the property, towels weren’t in the room, and overall felt not so clean.

It was okay a little beat up and a little loud from the airport but felt safe. It's fine for what we used it for, had an early flight and wanted to be close to the airport. It was 5 minutes to ParkSFO where we parked our car so convenient. Would stay here again for another flight but wouldn't recommend if you are staying visiting the area.

I booked this same day because I needed to stay in the area for an early morning flight. When I arrived, the door was locked because the front desk agent was on lunch. I waited 30 minutes and the door was opened. The check-in process was very quick and I noticed the lobby was freezing! We entered the room, and It was awful. The towels were all dirty, the heater wasn't working and the floors looked like they haven't been vacuumed. The walls were so thin, we could hear everything happening outside. Worst of all, there was no hot water!! My husband and I only stayed for 7 hours. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

No hot water. No bloody, the plaster from the ceiling fell on the chair, heater. No bathroom matt, The bathroom light only had 1 light bulb instead of 3. The switches to turn on the light in our room wasn't working... our room was dim...

The phone in the room didnt work, there was a bunch of clothes in one of the dressers, and there was no remote for the TV. We were switched room whith a working phone and a remote but the batteries were dead so we had to manually tuen it on and change the channels.

Good option for a short stay.

Whenever I tried making a phone call to front lobby they never picked up no laundry on site no microwave no refrigerators no ice machines it reminds me of a hotel you buy for the night just to have your pleasure in and check out a lot of bad activity
