I had not known about this hotel until some friends decided to stay there. We joined them for the weekend. The hotel was a pleasure. It was clean and modern and we were able to walk everywhere from there. Price seemed reasonable, considering the location.

My stay was fine, no complaints at all. On this site the hotel has a rating of 9.4 (exceptional). That is in the stratosphere and not justified for this hotel - it is not exceptional at all, it's just a nice solid hotel in a good location.

Great location close to the train station. Clean and comfortable bed. Walls were a bit thin - but luckily wasn’t an issue past 10pm.

The property was wonderful but outside were many homeless people in tents. They played music until 3am my first night, then it rained the other nights so no music was played. A total disgrace that so many homeless people in such a nice area.

This stay was nice. Staff was pleasant. Rooms are clean. The day of my arrival, I received an email from Expedia telling me that there would be a $32 amenities fee. The fee is for every day of your stay. Why was this not part of the price of the hotel room.? The amenities include a beverage bar, two bottles of water in your room, Internet, mobile Wi-Fi printing, domestic calls, self-service laundry, and press reader. These are all amenities that should be included in the price of a hotel room not tacked on after a guest arrives at the door and has no option but to pay. These amenities are nothing over the top that would require an additional service fee. It was all self-service. These are all amenities that you would expect to have included in the price of the hotel room. If the hotel room was a little more expensive, but when you think you’re getting a good price and then they go and zap you with these additional charges on top of all the taxes that come along with staying in the city, you feel as if you have been taken advantage of. All the fees and everything added about $100 a day to the price of the room.

The hotel is very nice, clean, staff were very friendly. The restaurant was good, enjoyed my dinner, wait staff was also friendly. Great for an overnight stay, would definitely come back if in town for business again.
