Best experience ever plzzz try the Aurora Cabin! (It’s at the best locations among cabins) And the restaurant is also a hidden gem, salad n fish are all so fresh! Friendly staff, convenient location, and delicious scrambled egg every morning I couldn’t think of anything better!

This place is not only a lodge... but also a museum! I thoroughly enjoyed my limited time there... but will surely return!

Iconic Alaska experience in Fairbanks. Cozy and comfortable with a homey feel. Not slick and polished, which is a good thing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We love this hotel and we come back year after year!

It was conveniently located by the fairbanks airport and a free hotel shuttle was available. There was plentifuly parking out front as well. The decor is warm & rustic. The rooms spacious and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly. The included breakfast every morning was a wonderful way to get the day started of correctly. The first night we were there, aurora activity was forecasted and the front desk was kind enough to give us a wake up call and we were able to see the aurora just outside the hotel. Given that fairbanks is not that sprawling, driving to the various sightseeing locations from this hotel was easy as well.

We contacted the lodge for airport shuttle service after claiming our baggage and the shuttle arrived quickly. The staff are courteous and professional. The lodge is well maintained but clearly a bit dated.

If you want stay in a place to stay that is unique and pleasant Pike’s Waterfront Lodge is the place for you. Breakfast is outstanding! The servers are excellent. The restaurant next door has delicious food. We ate there several times and it was always good. The staff at PWL goes out of their way to help you.

Beautiful location, exquisite property!

Staff is not friendly like they claim. Was disrespected by staff. The person behind counter unplugged the toaster while muffin mid cooking and said it wasn’t time yet. We were leaving for airport. She walked away without explanation. It was rude and cruel.

Pikes Waterfront is a fantastic place to stay in Fairbanks. It's close to the airport and provides a free shuttle bus. Its well kept and has beautiful decor that suits the log cabin style buildings. There is a complimentary breakfast with lots of selections to choose from. Enjoy the pool table, theater, kidsplay area, reindeer amd other activities on site. The chena river is right in the backyard and theres a great observation area to watch the northern lights

The place looks nice from the outside, but the inside needs a lot of work. The rooms definitely don’t have enough closet space, and it’s not as clean as it should be.

Love the amenities at this property. The rooms are a little older looking but the property is amazing! Would recommend!

Very rustic and cozy

They have complimentary breakfast, shuttle service to the airport. Restaurant for supper. Ice cream social every night. Sledding area, pool tables. Reindeer to look at.

My kids and I had the best time at Pike's! They had so many extra things to do and places to roam around. We had the sledding hill all to ourselves as well as many other activities. The highlight of our trip was making smores in the snow. Being close to the airport was convenient especially on those snowy roads. The noise level was very quiet given its proximity to the airport. We would definitely return!
