Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Walla Walla

Great!

No elevator, carpet in hall and on stairs worn and dirty. Okay for me on a solo stay but would not bring my wife here. Property needs rennovating

Will never stay at a quality hotel again. hotel desk was very rude because I have a service dog that he tried to tell me it wasn't plus I am a disabled veteran

No comfortable chair in a large blank area in the room. I have stayed there many times and this was the worst room that they put me in. Right next to ice machine and I had to go to work early. Noisy . Difficult to sit on bed and lace work boots. No gravy for biscuits in morning. Attendant said oops, I forgot. Warm biscuits tho. Maybe five vehicles in parking lot all night and didn't want to offer any discounts.

Their housekeeper could use a little more thorough training. I don't know there should not be wads of hair in the bathtub drain so much of it. Won't drain? I just, it's poor housekeeping, I'm a housekeeper. That's not how a room should look ever, and it's a little inconvenient that they don't carry. Any change, but they have laundry machines that take only quarters. But they have no change for you. I literally only need 8/4 and I have to drive a mile down the road to get to them, because they don't carry any change whatsoever, didn't buy the machines that are digital, right? You can use a card at or you can Call a number, pay that way, not half quarter machines.If you're not going to have quarters, this makes more sense to me other than that, for the price, it's what should be other than housekeeping could use a lot of improvement, but for what they charge? It's worth it but they'd need to consider getting the other kind of laundry machines if they're going to have laundry at all. I mean, if you're not going to carry the quarters, then guests don't really want to have to leave, go get quarters, that's kinda stupid

Would stay at again. It's a little older building but the staff was extremely friendly.

They require a $250 security deposit and it must be a credit card. I don't have these and did not have the extra fee since it didn't say that there was a fee on line. The room was cleaning but freezing when we arrived. It was 37°F outside and the window was left open and the air conditioner was running. Took around 3 hours to heat the room up enough where we were no longer having to bundle under the blankets. The breakfast was at least decent. All in all better places in Walla Walla to stay.

The room could have been cleaner. Floors weren’t swept and walls had toothpaste on them.

They should put the towels for pool area where they’d be visible from entrance, both for employees and guests to see if it’s empty as even know if they offer them.

Dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed in! We had two rooms across from each other and they were equally dirty and the sheets had not been changed. The rooms were in serious need of a vacuum and a mop. Our socks were full of dark black hair and dirt. The dust and hair were visible on both the carpet and the tile, as were the candy wrappers and other trash. I complained and had to ask for clean sheets and pillowcases so I could change the bedding because they smelled, had apparent stains and hairs. So gross. I also had to ask for a fresh shower curtain because you couldn’t be in the bathroom without gagging from the mildew smell. On top of that, there was a horrendous sewer-like smell in the end of the hall where we were located that seeped into our rooms. We didnt smell it anywhere else, but had to sleep with our windows open because we were so nauseated. If there had been any other hotel that had availability, we would have left. The night manager seemed extremely unbothered by our complaint and he himself was unkept and had an extremely dirty shirt on. The property itself has a lot of deferred maintenance. I will be asking for a refund.

Bathroom fan extremely loud. Heating unit extremely loud. Pool area was not warm and pool water was too cold to swim in. Hot tub is small and several of the jets are not working.

Close to downtown and Whitman College. The front desk guy needed a little help with friendliness. He was a bit off putting.

Quality Inn is very basic, somewhat dated, a little run down. But the bed was comfortable and I got good nights rest during my stay. It was dark, quiet, and they had an extra blanket when I needed it.

I have a small dog and was put in a room in the basement that was dingy, smelly and a bed that was horrible, dipped so bad in the middle. I left the room and told the recetionist that that was not an adequate room and explained why. She sted that that is where people with pets are designated and that i would not be given another room. I told her that just because i have a pet does not mean that i deserve an inadequate room. She said that i would not be given another room. Would not give me a refund. I left the hotel immediately and lost over $200.00 dollars. I will never book a room at a quality inn again. Shabby room and extremely poor customer service. I admit i was angre and threw my room key behind the desk. Not happy.
