My stay at the Quality Inn in Mount Vernon, Washington on December 11th and 12th, 2024 was excellent. The two staff members at the front Desk, Marlene and Rubio were very helpful, informative, efficient, friendly and excellent. Gabriella who was the Continental Breakfast chef prepared an incredible breakfast feast for everyone in the morning. She had a very friendly smile, disposition, and nature. My housekeeper, Bascilia, was very patient with me for requesting a late check out time. My room was excellent upon my arrival. I am very happy and grateful for everyone at the Quality Inn in Mount Vernon, Washington, for making my stay so comfortable and pleasant. Thank you. Sincerely, Michael F. Morrison

Front desk manager didnt tell me when the pool is open when i checked in. Waffle maker was broken and was told to go to the IHop across the street for breakfast by the break attendant

The reception desk said very few words and was not happy I checked in right before closing, no pleasantries, no greeting, asked me my last name, then proceeded with the check in then payment options. Not friendly.

I had stayed here a few years ago and I remembered it being ok but this time it was very dirty and run down. The staff, however, was friendly and helpful. I’ll probably spend a little more for a different hotel next time.

It’s a typical inn but we were surprised by the service which was excellent. Very friendly staff, nice breakfast. Facility is a bit old and worn out but we were happy because of the friend staff.
