A lovely stay - the hot tub was wonderful, staff allowed us to check in early and offered a connecting room, breakfast had a variety of food and parking was easy to navigate.

Breakfast was useless. They literally had like some bread and pancake. That’s it. If you’re considering to book this place since they’ve breakfast options don’t consider. Otherwise a place which is convenient for 2-3 days Tahoe trip.

Parking was limited. Quickly ran out of spacious spots and had to drive around for sometime and to eventually find a cramped spot under the building. Breakfast area is cramped and was messy to grab food and to find a spot to sit.

The heating sounds like a truck. Breakfast lounge is way too small for the quantity of people, making it a war every morning. Coffee machine in room not working, made notice and it wasn't replaced as promised.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay. We had a jetted tub in our room, which was a nice touch and it functioned better than we had expected. The only downside was having a fireplace that didn’t really stay ignited for more than a minute, plus their breakfast area is usually super crowded, so that was a bit of a downer. However, everything is within a good walking distance less than a mile to Harrah’s or Harvey’s and even the downtown areas.

We arrived about 2 hours before check-in and asked the desk clerk if we could park there until 3, and she just checked us in early! Fantastic room with a king size bed, huge jacuzzi tub, a fireplace and a small kitchenette area. The hotel was convenient walking distance from the lakeshore and downtown South Lake Tahoe. The free breakfast had a solid variety of food and drinks. The only small issue we had was the overly-soft pillows on the bed- other than that, a perfect stay! I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Tahoe
