We had a great stay! Check-in was smooth. The staff were professional and courteous. We got to know them over the course of our stay as our flight out kept getting canceled and some staff stayed on the premises due to the weather. Our stay was more than doubled. The manager continued to help us extending the stay. She even helped with laundry detergent and fabric softener. Housekeeping was very friendly throughout the stay. They Brought extra supplies as we ran out and brought us fresh towels as needed. We especially enjoyed the hot breakfast. This helped is reduce costs significantly as our stay continued to increase. Eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles as well as biscuits and gravy! The room was clean and spacious. The refrigerator and microwave were both in working order. The only complaint I had was that the pool was not heated. The manager explained that the heater had been knocked out by a power surge roght before Winter storm Blair which was quite understandable. Over all, it was a great stay and i would recommend it highly.

First not cleaned 2 nd room had a smell, heater only worked win turned on but did not stop no matter had to keep turning off to Cool breakfast bar where it said hot items empty waffle iron did have batter but syrup was just about empty toilet paper roll just about empty but no extra roll I have never sent a bad review about anything but was exasperated since such a high rating

It’s was alright to sleep there for 3 nights. However I couldn’t shut the shower off and needed help and the tv wouldn’t turn on by the remote control. Most channels were not available- or you’d get a picture but no sound. If you liked sports you were better off. The breakfast was very good

The pool was broken which was a disappointment. Then we were going to wash a load of laundry and the change machine didn’t work. Our drain in the shower was VERY slow

Great staff and good hotel. Only issue I had was their ancient computer that I couldn’t get to work and their very mediocre breakfast (using hotel standards here). The front desk staff are fantastic and very accommodating.

1st morning of our stay we had ice cold water only. Showers were awful. At breakfast, all guests were complaining about the same issue. When we spoke to staff they said it happens when everyone is showering at the same time, which was clearly not the case. Next morning same issues. Staff was very rude about the issue, we demanded to speak with a manager and manager refused to speak to us. We cancelled our stay for the 3 night. Manager never called us back and 24 hours later we called again and she said it was being fixed and she would give us a refund/discount. When we got our final bill she only took off $10. Ridiculous customer service! Rooms seemed clean but freezing cold water means they are not up to health standards for sanitizing bedding and their kitchen and should not remain open. Do not make reservations here.

Rented a king size room but received 2 queen beds. Did not tell us when we checked in. It was late and just wanted to go to bed. The floor had crumbs. The TV and some of the outlets didnt work. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wasnt working and there is mold on the ceiling. Hot water only lasted 5 min. Would gradually get colder. Half used lotion bottle in the bathroom. The towels were stained and there were blood stains on the edge of the comforter. Feel like these are easy fixes.

The staff was wonderful and all polite. Our room was clean, but the bathtub did not drain and the stopper was broken. The cleaning people had to have known as it was broken and sitting in the tub off of the drain. Treadmill was broken, but the other equipment was clean and working great. The warm food was actually cold. And when my daughter went for breakfast at 8:30 the fridge was empty and all muffins were gone. No one was around for her to tell so she just went without the supplied breakfast.

Our bathroom exhaust fan didnt work. Leftover shampoo left in the bathroom from previous people. No remote for the tv, went to the desk multiple times. Couldnt watch tv 1st night. Next day it took multuple trips from the staff to our room before we actually got a remote that worked. Juice machine was broken and breakfast was terrible. I took 1 bite of food and spit it out, my wife same thing.We had to go up to Waffle House to eat.
