For the one night we stayed, we did enjoy it. The only thing that was inconvenient was there was no microwave in the room. We need to go to another floor in order to heat up our food.

For the cost, and the "Presidential" sweet i was not too impressed. Knowing I've been more satified with rooms costing 1/2 the price with more options. Staff for checkin was good, evening assitancs, not helpful.
We had a dual shower that didnt work.. 1 side worked the other side ice cold. Will not stay again.

The staff here are the best. Every single one of them from check in, restaurant, lounge, and at the other end of the phone. They treat you like they are happy you are there. Despite the property having aged of the years, the remodeling is excellent, and only limited by the building footprint. I will stay here again.

Checking-in and was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. Checking-in was easy, key card access to all the rooms and elevators made us feel very safe around the building. The room was modern with a good view of downtown, bathroom doors were a pain to deal with as they didn’t close completely. The bed was not very comfortable and they left us with very little blankets. Overall great experience having a restaurant and bar, and good cafe on the main level. Would come back again!

Paid extra for a corner room with windows, that was a mistake. The room was always cold, the water temperature in the room was warm at best, the television was difficult to watch due to poor signal. The quality of room was beneath my expectations and the value was even worse.

Unfortunately l was sent to two unprepared rooms before finally being booked into a clean room after having to visit the front desk on three separate occasions to procure a clean room. As a semi-frequent guest it was an awkward experience.
