Good room service, nice spacious rooms.

Last minute trip, rooms were clean,comfortable, safe. Staff was friendly! We would absolutely stay again!

Cooler was stolen from the back of my truck. Front desk refused to let me see video footage. Was promised a call from management. Management never came.

Excellent stay. Clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed and great staff. Would stay again.

My husband had an inmigration appointment and this hotel was near to the office! The hotel exceeded my expectations! It was comfortable, nice area and customer service was excellent! I really recommend this hotel! Next time im around that area, i will definitely stay there again! Thanks

We stayed at the property for a baseball event. (Luckily just to sleep) got there the staff was really friendly. The lounge was beautifully decorated for the holidays and they offered us warm cookies that the kids loved. Went up to our room there’s a massive exposed HOLE at the top of the wall that my toddler could fit in that was outside of our room so of course before we walked in we peeped into our bathroom (where the hole was parallel from) the hole didn’t go through. It was just very unpleasant to walk pass going in and out of our room. The first night there was no body wash or extra bath towels so while my husband was getting our luggage I told him to inform the front desk they told him it’ll be right up. I ended up texting them 15mins later and they said “it’ll be right up”. At 11pm at night I texted them to not send anyone up bc we were heading to bed.The night before we left my son was in the bathroom & said “mom there’s plastic covering a hole” I went to go check there were cross slits that looked like it was cut with a razor crossing (the size of my 2 index fingers) with a clear rubber “sealed” over it. and I’m assuming from the humidity from the showers the rubbery silicone substance put over it “ballooned”. It was our last night cover it with hand towel and we called it a night. One thing that bothers me most is they charge your hotel room $200 as a “credit” & will be refunded if not used 7-10business days. We’ve always had a card on file but never charged prior

Place is nice, staff was very helpful. The layout of the property was a bit odd so getting to my room was a bit of an adventure but that's understandable since it's an older building. The hotel is near lots of great local food places and accessible to where I needed to be for work

My room didn't have a room darkening shade so the light from outside kept me up

Nothing crazy exciting, but not the worst. It was convenient for what/why I was there in Chatsworth. Would stay again if I needed to, however, it is 30 minutes from Beverly Hills and 40 minutes from the airport.

Shower is totally a safety hazard. You will get lawsuits with injured people soon enough. The shower floor was very slippery. I had to put towels on the floor so I could take a shower and not fall. There is nothing to place one’s foot on and nothing to even hold on to - washing feet is a risk, shaving is absolutely impossible. I decided to place my foot on the toilet, but that side of the shower door doesn’t open. I ended up wetting my legs and shaving in the couch. The shampoo bottle cap was broken and there was no way to open it . You place these heavy things on it like it’s some kind of treasure. I actually washed my hair with body wash. My room was all the way at the end of the world. There were other rooms available so I don’t understand why they placed me that far. The laundry room happened to be just down stairs close to the pool, but there is no stairs or an easy way to get to it. So I would have had to walk all the way to the other side of the hotel to get ti the elevator the. All the way back to get to the laundry room. It turns out that the single machine - like please allow people to do two loads at once after all this walk- needs quarters, but of course the hotel didn’t have any. There are no microwaves in the rooms and we can’t get one. I have never been in a hotel similar to a Hilton and had faced this situation. The two microwaves are very dar with no place to sit. It turns out if I turn two at once the electricity goes out in the room . .

Should offer at least limited breakfast, say a coffee bar. High price to not include.

Door would not bolt. HVAC fan whined. Shower drain was very slow. Shower handle was loose. Smelled bad when we walked out the front door in the morning. Dispensary or something in the weed arena going on near by. Staff was nice, room was clean. No offer to discount for issues above.

The man at the front desk who checked us in was very nice to us. It was downhill after that. The shower didn't drain, so the water was rising! Someone showed my husband another room we could move to, but the water was draining very slowly in that shower. We checked out and found a different hotel. We've never had that happen before, but from now on, the drain will be the first thing we will check before we unpack our bags in a hotel. We will NOT be staying there again.

Had a very nice stay. Our room overlooked the mountains and we had a balcony with a table and chairs. If we stay there again I will ask for a room on the side with the view of the mountain. Nice restaurant, too.

Room was spacious and clean. Mattress and pillow were comfortable.

The hotel was convenient so I cannot complain. The room was not too clean because there were a lot of bugs.
