My husband was having surgery at a nearby Hospital. We had arrived at 10am. He was not in a room until 7pm that evening. I was exhausted and did not want to drive all the way home just to turn arround and go back to bring him home so I look booked a rm for the night. Front desk person was very friendly and efficiant. The room was better than I had expected it to be. Comfortable king bed, cleanest bathroom I have seen. The room was just great as was the free breakfast. I would most deffinately stay here again.

The heat didn’t work and there was no hot water. They promised to send someone and never did. I asked to speak with the manager and was told she was in her office and staff couldn’t understand why she didn’t answer her phone. Trying to contact anyone else has been a failure.

They lie about everything with Ramada 100 deposit on an 80 dollar room they don’t mention. Also, they won’t take cash all or cash for this deposit when they don’t even mention it. Lady at the desk was as rude as it gets. Never again. I never got in the room had to walk miles and miles to find my way home. And they’re talking like they may not reimburse me.

There are a list of “ do better” : when assigning room be mindful of safety . I am a middle age female and the room initially I was assigned to was in the back of the hotel with very little lighting and lots of areas exposed to the general public , was very unsafe. The door latch was faulty. There wasn’t no assistance to guest with luggage I was struggling and no one offered any assistance checking in or checking out. The front desk was hidden in the corner office and you had to repeatedly ask for help before anyone would acknowledge,. When calling on the hone from the room the front never answered . This was n multiple occasions. I ask for repair of tv , a tech came and said someone would return it never happened however it was noted on repair log. I was being generous on rating a 2 . I was very disappointed and I will forward this complaint up to regional . Unacceptable stay.

If you are 5'3, like luke warm water, low security, and sketchy neighborhoods then this is the place for you. I can't believe thr Ramada or Wyndham would ever sign off on this dive. I thought they would care a little about their reputation.

The problem with the keycards not working was frustrating ,, unfortunately it happened every time we went to check back in. No we did not have our phones near the door, it was constant. The vending machines did not work, so there wasn’t even water.
