We travel to Indy several times a year. We stay here every time now. The staff treats us like family. Every time we arrive Mohammed in housekeeping always greets us with a “ welcome home.” It’s a wonderful no frills hotel run by great people.

Check in was fast and efficient. Hotel was clean. Our room had been renovated and was very nice. Bed was comfortable, but pillows could have been better. It is alomg the expressway but noise level isnt terrible. For the price, this was an excellent stay

We stopped at the Red Roof Inn during a road trip with our dog and were very pleasantly surprised with this hotel! As we brought our dog in, they informed us that the first pet is free, and they just needed to change our room to accommodate the dog. The hotel staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was just what we needed for our one-night stay. The bed and couch were comfortable, and the area felt safe. Because we were just looking to sleep for the night, we did not investigate the amenities, but we did make use of the 24 hour coffee and hot water that they provided, and there is a Waffle House literally next door for anytime breakfast.
We will be seeking out Red Roof Inn going forward based on this stay.

Sheets and room wasn’t cleaned properly. Toilet was stained with prior peoples personal matter, same with bathtub.
Sheets didn’t smell like they were washed and had stains as well. Bed was very uncomfortable sunk in the middle. Poor sound proof quality can hear people above me walking and kids down the hall screaming all night and morning.
Staff was very very nice however.

We selected this location for the proximity to Lucas Oil Field and because the price was reasonable. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only downside was the highway noise was noticeable inside the room.

The area surrounding this hotel does not feel the safest. There was a completely totaled car in the parking lot. The hotel states non-smoking, however the entire fourth floor smelled of smoke. The sheets in the room were stained with blood and other things on both beds. The bathroom was filled with corn kernels. The toilet had a large black stain on it.

This place is awful! My room smelled, there were multiple people in the rooms on the same floor that were loud. This place was dangerous and not at all a place anybody should stay if they have another option. Had it not been for me only having to stay there overnight I would’ve left as soon as I walked through those doors!!!

The property is completely run down and in need of major repairs and updates. Room 416's toilet did not work properly and had to keep moving the water intake valve to get the toilet to fill up and be able to flush the toilet. There were dead stink bugs on the floor and in the curtain of the room. No one at the front desk could help me at check out to get a receipt and I was told an email would be sent with my receipt and that still has not happened. I would not recommend this property at all!
