Smoke free property but room stunk of cigarette smoke. Burns on furniture. Carpet was gross.

I had booked 2 nights but that was before i discovered how horrible this was going to be! The carpet & sofa had terrible stains along with cigarette burn holes in the linen & i found dead cockroaches in the furniture!! I told them at the front desk also those i had killed as in very live ones, tissues in hand to show proof & took photos yet they offered no refund nir even cared! Then the next morning after having killed another roach, told this other Staff...i wanted a full refund for both nights since they charged me upon entry yet ge only gave me 1 night refund & i only stayed 1 night....yet for rhis horrible experience i thought the least they coukd do is give me a full refund! This was a dreadful experience & yet they showed no sympathy nor even an effort to fix this i had to request the refund srveral times & show them proof & photos. Please, see to it this Regency Inn & Suites on Garth Rd Baytown TX, is taken off your list esp through Planet Fitness with whom i am a Member of. They must be shut down to have these bugs exterminated & rooms be sterilized & cleaned befor ever offering service to the public, again! This was a shock filled Nightmare!

I love staying here the management is nice and they go above and beyond for coustomers

Convenient location for family living in nearby town. Limited information.

Checked in went fine but upon my arrival to the room I was greeted by roaches and because of that I did not sleep the first night. The next day I went to the office and complained and was given another room, it was much better but the bad experience from the first room, had me on edge the rest of my stay.

The room was clean, ac unit worked very well, shower was great, bed was comfortable. Down fall was room smell like stale cigarettes and the pillows were flat..

Nice size room, with sitting area. Shower area was a little dark. Neighborhood can be a bit noisy, traffic, loud cars.

It’s only one person they have that works at night when you try to explain something to him he doesn’t understand but other than that the staff is great. This is one of my favorite hotels. I come to when I’m in Baytown.

Dirty. Internet horrible, tv didn’t work And ppl were hanging out on the stairs.

The AC barely worked and the tv remote or tv didn't work even after i wentvto the office and retrieved and tried new batteries.

I never had issue with them, her sweet, very respectful cater to your needs

Curtains need fix fire alarms off pillows need replace. Sofa need cleaning

Kids above running playing stomping and you can hear it. Told the manager morning was done. Called back again told him to come to my room and listen never did come. Please put people with kids down stairs Not a good rest/atay

Loud music playing at the pool and a girl loudly singing! A female coming down the stairs was using profanity about her kids in the room and mad at the world as we was going to the room. NO thanks!! We left without a refund and would not recommend this place

Its location is just a little off I10, on Garth Rd. And the rooms are off the road so we didnt hear traffic. It may not be a 10 hotel, but it was clean, people were nice and the mattress have a zipped up protection on them. Yay!

The accommodations were great

For the price I'd at least expect this non smoking hotel not to reek of cigarettes. They did give me a new room but also smelled horrible. If I could've left I would have.
