The location and view was great, but the staff was even better. We traveled for a football game, were allowed to check in early which allowed us time to unpack and refresh before the game. Hotel was near casino, and breakfast was best the best hotel breakfast I've had.

Honestly this was a wonderful experience from start to finish, every single staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back next time I visit! My only complaint would be that the bed was more on the firm side to my liking, but absolutely nothing about the rest of my stay was bad.

We had a fantastic stay! The staff were very kind and welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The entire hotel was spotless! We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend to anyone staying in the Cincy area!

Came from Reds game and Octoberfest. Easy to walk to both. Free breakfast. I rented one room and ended up with a 2 bedrm suite. Really nice having an additional bathroom. We went to the Reds game with a concert and fireworks we walked over it was very hot and humid when we got back we could both take a shower and get to sleep quick. Time to redecorate but it was nice enough.

Everything about this hotel was awesome, great location, lots of character, great staff. We were very disappointed up checking in that the roof top bar was closed all day for a Private Event and the Main Lobby bar was closed from 5-8. The roof top bar was one of the reasons we chose The Phelps.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and helpful. Frances at the front desk was awesome! Truly a very warm and caring person. The room was clean and breakfast was very good. We were able to walk many places and get on the streetcar a few blocks away.
