One of the best hotels I have stayed in, ever. Very large suite with full kitchen, living room, swivel large screen for the living room and bedroom. Nice shower. Nice Olympic size pool, nice weigh room! Sits next to a large lake with walking trail and amenities. Excellent restaurant within 1 block.

When we first arrived the electricity was out. Staff apologized. They were unable to make keys at this time. Staff took us to our room and let us in to room. Electricity came on within the half an hour or less. Property new. Accommodations were nice. Staff very nice.

We had terrible tenants above us - it seemed like a large family or group with many teenagers. The loudness, jumping, and slamming sounds went until 3am. We called a few times to the front desk and nothing happened, there was no follow up, etc. Our HVAC unit was inoperable upon arrival. They may have added batteries as the thing was obviously dead on arrival but kept wanting to come back to do more work. Seems like an obvious fix/catch before a room is “ready”. Staff felt like it was going through the motions on all accounts. One of our worst stays in a long time.

The suite was tremendous. If you are handicapped, the door widths are 36 inches with a dive into shower, shoer seat and ample turning room. For the price, i had a great suite with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher including detergent, kuerig coffee maker, toaster. Plenty of seating with a pull out sofa bed. Door between the main bedroom and living area. Great size, very comfortabe. I will definistay again. Breakfast bar was excellent with a nice set-up.

I am highly disappointed that I arrived at later than usual check in time. I was provided a room that had not been cleaned to its entirety. There was fecal matter at the bathroom entrance. I requested another room based on my findings and there was not any available. Front desk person graciously came to do her best with a cloth and spray bottle. Thank you for her efforts not a part of her job did it with hesitation. After that when I walk to the bed I discovered another area with fecal matter. I’m astonished this was an issue as I’ve stayed weeks at a time at this property. Upon check out I explained the night and was offered 5000 BONVOY points for my inconvenience during my stay. I have yet to receive those points to my account!
