Christina at Front Desk was friendly, helpful, and welcoming! The room had a full kitchen with cookware and dishware. The complimentary breakfast included both pork and turkey sausage patties, scrambled eggs, and diced potatoes as well as a waffle maker. Alejandro, whom worked the breakfast area, was a rock star! He kept the area clean and well stocked all while catering to the demands of every guest each one seeming to have a special request. He did it all with a friendly, professional, positive attitude! I didn’t notice the price tag on parking while making the reservation so that came as a shock. I’m not a seasoned traveler so this was a new lesson. Front Desk and Housekeeping responded quickly at 10:30 pm after we checked in and asked for additional pillows. I did not notice a safe in the room. There is a small sundries market by the Front Desk. The sink faucet in the bathroom was sticking. One electrical outlet by the television was not operational.

Beautiful stay at the residence inn! Updated room and very clean. Area around hotel was filled with restaurants and everything is in walking distance! Would definitely stay again.

Have stayed at this particular property several times. One reason has been for the breakfast. But during our last stay the breakfast was really unpleasant. Super crowded, no place to sit, running out of food, cutlery, dishes, plies of dirty dishes. The place was mobbed. Not nice.

Everyone at the hotel was super nice! The place was clean and the area was quiet. It was a quick pick up (Uber) to go to Tam O Shanter's (7 to 10 min away!) We will be back. We liked the room and how it had a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and pull out sofa bed.

The staff went above and beyond especially the manager ! Made the transition of changing rooms so perfectly smooth. Anything you request they remember and follow up. I stay at 5 stars like four seasons and I would say the standards are stellar! Ty so much
