I was told that our room the first night was not what we booked because I booked it from a third party. We weren’t able to get the accommodations needed until the next day. House keeping could do a better job as the bathroom.was not very clean.

Property on the outside looks fine but on the inside it’s aging.
Staff were prompt in responding to my concerns.
I couldn’t stay any longer with my family with issues mentioned above.
I ended booking another hotel in the city.

Check-in delayed. Asked for handicap room and extra pillows did not get. First night fire alarms going off for @3 hours then finally after getting dressed, etc, false alarm. Then the elevators were down, told they were working on them. 5 hours later still not working. My mom has a walker, we cannot walk up 7 flights of stairs. 6 hours later had to get a ride to a different hotel. Do not recommend this hotel at all
