Very friendly staff. The place was in a very convenient spot, everything you need was with in walking distance. Liked how the room was spacious and cleaned. Everything was functioning properly. My first time ever in the city this will definitely be the place I'll be starting every time I'm in town.

This place was really nice. Apparently it is veteran owned. The guys that worked in the lobby were really nice and helpful. The rooms were newly renovated modern and clean. The price was great. This was an exceptional value for a very nice room. If I ever go to Clovis again I will definitely book here.

Toilet seat had chipped paint on it down to raw wood so it could not have been really cleaned that well also, the place had roaches, but I guess that’s common for the area but still The only way to turn a light on was to get out of bed and either walk to the bathroom or to the kitchen area, which was near the front door. There were no lamps just the bathroom light and a light in the kitchenette. Bedsheets look like somebody had slept in them. They were wrinkled on one side, but not on the other side. I guess it could’ve got caught up in a knot in the dryer and made it look like that, but it really looked like it had been slept in. Checked out before the stay was over hotel refused a refund.

I am trying to contact someone in hotel.com , the property was full of cockroaches and we checked out immediately after checking in ! The manager Nick agreed to refund but you guys have to contact him

Im gonna guess the shower head was shooting water past the curtain, bexause I needed front desk to bring extra towels cause bathroom for my flooded floor. Front desk said they would make a note of it. I should have told her about the sunk in mattress and flat pillows. I know they've been doing some remodeling, it must be one room at a time?

Check-in was quick and easy. Room was very clean, service was good, and the bed was comfy. Neighbors were loud in the mornings, but it was, overall, a peaceful and quiet stay.

Great location close to Fresno and prices were really affordable for holiday weekend and we saved money by cooking in kitchen with stove, microwave and nice size refrigerator. There is a store close by too.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and there was plenty of parking. My only complaints are with the bathroom and the ceiling fan. The ceiling fan had only one speed and that was FAST which made it sway back and forth making it look like it would spin right off. It was quite scary so I didn't use it to help circulate the air. The bathtub drained super slow and by the time you finished showering you were standing in the tub filled with water. The bathroom fan was super loud and squeeky as well. Even with the ceiling fan and the bathroom problem I would stay here again. These are minor issues that can be fixed. The employees were friendly and welcoming also.

I booked the room days in advance. we were given the closest room to highway. entrance door was not a tight seal and resulted in traffic noise. woke up in the morning and killed what looked like two cockroaches. i delivered them to the innkeeper on checkout, and he did not seem to care. no apologies. i asked him to keep the bugs and show to a exterminator. on the good side the room was comfortable.
