Be welcomed with hostility throughout the property. Valet will give you anxiety shouting and yelling at you. Check in is a long wait. Restaurant hostess just stare at you with no welcome. Servers just don’t care and throw the tableware. Nobody is properly trained on this property. Best part is you pay the exorbitant price and receive terrible service and suffer from terrible food quality. The unique noise of hearing a super fast and loud train passing by and rumbling the entire property, our room is so far from the train track already but you still can hear it honking its horns every time!

An incredible property. Amazing rooms. Outstanding restaurants. The spa is beautiful. The Rosewood at Miramar Beach offers everything at the highest level. However it is the team that elevates the experience to that into rarified level. You are spoiled from the moment you arrive until departure. We are already looking forward to our next visit. One of the MOST beautiful properties we have ever stayed in, if not THE most beautiful property Besides the amazing location and just the most gorgeous rooms, we were also very impressed with the impeccable service from every staff we came in contact with. Already making plans for our next visit!

Property is stunning, service as well. For a first class experience, front desk should walk to shuttle guests to the room. Property is big and confusing. I saw many guests experience the same confusion.

Beautiful property with greenery annd LISC landscaping.A lot of potential.guests brought own music to the pool (competing genres and loud thumping was not environment we expected for the overwhelming price. Not relaxing, staff reluctant to request guests turn off or use earphones. No communication on beach issue / staff not raking tar oil line left by tides to minimize STICKINESS on guest feet. They had oil slick wipes although not enough and didn’t offer to the 12 people I saw in 20 min get major gunk on feet /shoes etc. Beautiful although expect more customer service for this price point! Food amazing although prices high and portions tiny just because. We were charged for beach bill that was not ours and reception took it off at check out time & apologized. Town car shuttle to / from restaurants in town was busy so we used Uber several times.

Beautiful property, we enjoyed the spa, the beach, paddle boarding, boogie boarding, the adult pool, walks on the beach but be aware there is tar. All the restaurants serve delicious food.
