We had a room in the lodge. It was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen. We were told someone would be at the front desk from 9am to 9pm if we needed anything. On my itinerary, i had booked a king bed. When we went in the bedroom, we saw it was a queen. It was 8:30 pm and i got no answer from the front desk. We decided it didnt matter so we went to bed. The bed was hard as a rock. In the morning they called and said on their end, it said we paid for a queen bed. They came and dropped off 2 egg crate matress toppers. It helped a little. We only saw one staff member the whole time. We wont be going back for this reason.

The property was beautiful, very tidy very clean. Lots to do for kids.

Great place to stay.

The bed was so uncomfortable. We normally have no problem with the beds but this stay not a good one. One of us ended up sleeping on the couch, which was just as uncomfortable and neither of us got much sleep. Very disappointing. We did request a king bed and was not avail. We dont understand why so many avail rooms and not able to extend this request.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Roundhouse Resort. There's mini golf, pickleball, basketball, a hot tub, a swimming pool, a pool table, and so much more. The rooms are in great shape and the sleeping arrangements were comfortable for our family. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was really nice, well maintained, lots of fun activities, like mini golf pickleball, swimming, hot tub etc. however the room was not great. It was serviceable but smelled faintly of curdled milk, pretty sure it was coming from the upholstered chair. We should have said something but it was a booked weekend and we didn't know what they'd be able to do for us.Also the sheets and towels were really rough.
