Nice value hotel in Pentagon City area. Is one-mile - walking distance from Fashion Center. Or hotel shuttle takes you to Metro entrance in front of Fashion Center and/or DCA. Nice rooms, hallways, bed. On-site restaurant food is sub-par. But nice bar area is lot of fun.

Excellent hotel, large rooms and very well maintained. Self parking is $15 a day with plenty of parking spots. It’s quite convenient to reach most of the main DC area. Took 15 mins to drive to the Smithsonian. Would def stay here again.

In the evening -after 10pm - Front desk /concierge service was UNRESPONSIVE /DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE WHEN CALLED FOR OVER 30 MNUTES! Front Desk failed t their job -night service.

We went down to the restaurant and there was a mouse running under the tables. Also the bathrooms by the restaurant and no heat at all.

the room was clean but the heat was hot when we arrived. When we went to look outside couldn't see much because windows were dirty on the outside. WE then noticed a couple inch gap in the window that was open and unable to close. WE told the front desk but no one came to fix the window, so we had to keep the heat high because it was cold in the room . There was no remote in the room but management brought one to us. We ordered from the restaurant but when I went to pick it up there was confusion where to get it one said the restaurant the other said the bar which was crazy when they were next to each other. When I did get help the lady at the bar said she would go check but didn't go. The guy in back brought a bag out I had to ask if that was my order considering I was standing there for 5 min with no help. The front desk people were nice. This was the first time visiting DC .

My room shower didn’t work . I asked for it to be fixed and they said it would .. never got fixed. The shower lift was stripped . Also housekeeping was extremely rude this morning bagging on the door at 9:30 am asking if I was leaving today . Check out is at 12 and clearly her paperwork would have told her I was leaving today .

This is a fantastic hotel, especially if you are flying out of Reagan airport. The only problem was the water temperature in the shower is erratic. It goes from lukewarm to freezing cold and never really gets hot.

The hotel was pretty clean and comfortable. However, there were definitely some issues we encountered while staying there. 1) The airport shuttle only runs once every hour, not every half hour, after 9am. Therefore, we arrived on a freezing cold night and had to wait over 40 minutes for the shuttle outside, while other hotel shuttles came around twice during that same period of time. 2) We stayed three nights and our room was not cleaned or serviced at all. We had to ask for refills of coffee, water, and take out our own trash. 3) There were some other issues with the room as well- the water temperature in the shower was very inconsistent, sometimes hot and sometimes cold. The heater also didn’t work properly.

The weather was bad, which was the reason for my stay. We needed a change of rooms and they were very accommodating and understanding. The 1st room was not clean and they immediately remedied it. The only complaint I have is the Restaurant staff was inconsiderate and not very accommodating at all.
