I love to stay at the Princess Kaiulani. It’s right in the middle of everything. Waikiki Beach is right across the street. We prefer to pool view.

I like easy to check in and check out, near to tour bus pick up, breakfast choices, service in hotel was excellent when I needed some help, a clinic is just nearby and very helpful. I’m really glad to stay in this hotel with my family.

Our room was very clean. Nothing too fancy but the shower had good pressure and the beds are comfortable and clean. Nice breakfast in their restaurant. Pricey just like everything in Hawaii. Staff are great and helpful. The hotel is a bit older but it’s beautiful. The pool is small but clean. They let you check out beach chairs all day which is great when traveling the island. The location is amazing. Set downtown right across from the ocean and shopping.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive, and the place was very clean, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. The elevator wasn’t working properly, which was inconvenient, and the old windows didn’t do much to block out the noise from outside, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. If these issues were addressed, it would make the experience much better!

Plus-Convenient to Kalakaua Ave Minus: 1. Assigned room was too noisy from street noise and parking lot chatting noise. Requested room change but not done. 2.shower water control difficult to operate. 3. Power outlet at left night table not working. 4.Room has no wifi, hotel had to offer a temporary hotspot.
