Silver Queen Inn

My first and last stay at this place, so nice to go over to the lamp on the table and over the bathroom mirror only to find they are not working. Wanted to watch tv (no remote) called the front desk only for them to say maintenance will fix it tomorrow (what??!!)... wanted to take a shower only one washcloth was there (used my own towel) The floor was so goss stains and sticky spots all over the floor the kind that makes you want to keep your shoes on. Bed was comfortable... no ice available on site. The ripped shower curtain was a nice touch and the black mold between the tiles. This should be featured on Gorden Ramsey Hotel Hell show. I paid a cheap price for a toilet a bed and a noisy non working heater. Should have known it was going to be rough when they never asked for a deposit on the room. Pictures don't do it justice. Management / owners put nicely are slumlords.

One of the beds had mouse droppings in it. I could hear a mouse going through the trash at night. The upstairs neighbors were loud all throughout the night.

Not as advertised. Mold, mildew, holes in the walls, large stains and rips on the carpet and a mouse to keep us company. For the price, I really lowered my expectations as we only needed a place to rest, but this was unacceptable. We only stayed for 30 mins to repack the car and got out of dodge. Absolutely disgusted. Gentleman at the front desk was ok.

During the reservation Expedia showing breakfast included, but its not. Room is dirty, microwave not working.

Well when I went and ask for change they said no they don't give out change when I was staying at their motel I want you to do a little wash. The staff is rude, the ice machines are broken. The bedspread had bugs on it and there's a cockroach on the wall.

dirty floor cause of dirt gravel parking lot that got tracked into room, NO doormat. towels for one even thou 2 booked. But worst was ceiling heater coils that had no thermostat and the room got so hot we could not sleep. checked out after first night and would not refund 2nd night.

It's not very nice. But for the value you can't demand much.

Tv with no sound room was cold no heat and all they could say is we don’t have another room or a remote control to give you paid 55.00 for night when sign outside said 35.00 it wasn’t even worth that and can’t get anyone at hotels.com to call me guess I have to go to discover to get a refund.
