Really close to both Lambeau Field, and the concert venue we were attending. Staff was super friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and very clean. Definitely would return!

Proximity to Lambeau Field is nice, with inexpensive parking, and the basic amenities you need. The rooms are “weathered” and in need of updates and fresh paint. We were disappointed the hot tub was out of service when we arrived. We would prefer to stay downtown in the future for rooms that don’t get so beat up by Packer game days.

It wasn't as clean as it could have been, but overall nice facilities. For the price the breakfast was not great, very scant and then everything was removed by 9:30. I was surprised to find a $30 charge for parking on the bill. I've never had to pay to park at a hotel I was staying at. Pretty disappointed. I think next time I'll try one of the other stadium side hotels.

The hotel is showing signs of wear. The tv was not working (known to the front desk as they said it was planned to be fixed the following day); however they did not inform of us of until we went back to the desk for assistance in the matter. We were offered $50 in refund but we were required to contact hotels.com first, and have them call the hotel directly. This took an hour on the online chat. There was no decaf coffee at all in the lobby or in packets for the keurig. We have stayed at this hotel before for concerts at the Resch Center, it is very convenient for that venue and Lambeau field.

Would have rated it the highest star, but we had such problems with our room trying to regulate the heat. The only way we could get it to work was if we cranked it up to 85 and when it hit 85 turn it down to about 75. Then it would go immediately to 67 or 68. Also did not know that they charge a fee for parking your car there. It’s only $4.08 so I guess I’d have to say really?

Host was very nice . Hotel now charging for parking. Just would have been nice to include in reservation info ahead of time. Would be nice to have shower updated. And not crazy about raised sink, but a lot of hotels are having it.

The rooms were so dirty,the furniture had stains on it and the mirrors had fingerprints. When we brought it to the attention of the staff,they seemed like they were not surprised. They did offer us another room which we did take,but it was only marginally better. We won't be back

Property area is safe. The room itself could be cleaned better. Sofa couch had crumbles of something. Some marks on walls. Noticed large watermarks on hallway floors and ceilings. Woman at the front desk seemed nice, but not very engaged. Bartender very welcoming and friendly. The apples and oranges served were moldy. The warm breakfast was gross, but the toast, cereal and yogurt options are nice. Pool is much smaller in person, not ideal for kids under 7ish. Elevator is veryyyyyy slow. Everyone complained everytime we got on it. Providing this detail so the property is aware.
