I had a very friendly staff member at the front desk during my check in, they were very kind professional and courteous. The hotel itself is very charming up to date and is well cleaned and stocked with all sorts of refreshments for free when you walk in. The bar is conveniently located in the building and they have all sorts of items behind the counter that you could buy overall I rate my experience this far at a 10 out of 10.

Request additional blanket snd was not given, no change of towel through iut differbt days ...

Rooms could use updating , the beds aren’t horrible but not super comfy. Stains on the ottoman & carpet.

Common areas are up-to-date, welcoming, as is staff. Rooms are very dated, sofa worn and sink to your knees, bathrooms are very outdated, shower curtain did not fit to keep water in tub, beds were good. Wasn’t worth the price, which was probably higher because of peak fall weekend.

Room comfortable and clean and one of the best breakfast buffet we’ve had.

Bathroom is in fairly rough shape. Lots of caulking and messed up wall paper. There was a few pubic hairs in the shower As well. Overall wasn’t the worst But in pretty serious need of updating.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel. Every morning when we left the hotel, we were locked out of our room. The first time they said it was due to another guest having the same name. The other times it was the key system. While being locked out of our room, housekeeping never came. At least we were offered extra towels by the front desk. Also, the first time we got locked out of our room when we went to the front desk to ask for help, the attendant seemed more interested in finishing her stocking duties and didn't even acknowledge we were there. I'll be right with you; it would have been better than nothing. Ironically, when we left the hotel, housekeeping asked, and the front desk asked if we were leaving so they could clean the room. We will look for something better the next time we are in the area.

For some reason I got a handicap/dead people room when I did not asked for one. Also there were no clocks in the room which made me leave the bed and walk to where the microwave was and check the time there

The check-in staff was great and the room is spacious with a nice desk area. However, the sofa in the room is worn out and not comfortable for watching TV. The TV itself is modestly sized and poorly positioned. The position of the TV isn't good for watching from the sitting area or watching from bed. Simply put, it's not worth the $400-/night it ends up being with all the taxes. As a small annoyance, at checkout I mentioned that the mini Haagen Dazs that I purchased the evening before was so freezer burned that it was inedible. Instead of taking the couple of bucks (not expensive) that it cost off of my bill, the person at the desk made a joke about and said that she'll have to eat all the "bad" ones so that no one else gets one. That was a poor decision. We won't be back.
