The hotel was well maintained a very close to the Hard Rock resort where we watched Jerry Seinfeld. Your shuttle driver was very nice. Room was clean. My only issue was with the breakfast. The egg whites were undercooked. Only sausage, no bacon.

I liked that the pool was not in full view of the parking lot or the road. Generally, the ambience was nice.

Great stay. Hotel is clean, great breakfast variety. Free washing is a plus.

The property and the room were very nice. During check-in and at breakfast, we had experiences that did not exhibit polite service expectations.

Wish the airport shuttle ran later. A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated. Most of the staff were uber friendly and helpful.

Je suis très déçu de mon séjour. Si vous cherchez un hôtel avec une borne de recharge, passez votre chemin : celle-ci ne fonctionne pas et a même endommagé mon adaptateur. Lorsque j’ai signalé le problème à la réception, ils ont refusé d’assumer la responsabilité, affirmant que cela ne les concernait pas. De plus, le climatiseur souffle directement sur le lit, ce qui peut entraîner des problèmes de santé – nous sommes d’ailleurs tombés malades. Le petit-déjeuner est également problématique : il y a souvent des ruptures de stock, le réapprovisionnement est irrégulier, et il y a trop peu de tables disponibles, ce qui m’a parfois obligé à manger debout. Enfin, la piscine est beaucoup trop froide. Une expérience très décevante dans l’ensemble.

The people that worked there was not very friendly. The breakfast workers were no hurry to get food out when food was empty and you had people that were mad.

Good stay 15 mins from FLL. All was good. Perhaps breakfast was not very yummy, but we had kitchen. All hotel front desk staff during our stay was excellent and very accommodating.
